We had a great stay! Beautiful home, the pool is nearby and is nice for all ages. Easy locations for nearby attractions. Plenty of room for our families to spread out!

Great house and a very easy process

Great stay for our group of 11! Enough room to all be together and play cards and plenty of room to spread out when we needed space. Highly recommend staying here!

I didnt need to pack everything that i brought to cook with because the house had everything we needed!! The first guest there had difficulty hetting in but i spoke to our hosts and they helped us immediately. Communicatiin was great!!

We felt at home the minute we walked in the door. Comfortable, roomy, and the owners truly put a lot of thought into what would be utilized by guests of all ages. Very clean and kitchen well equipped, our family stayed 6 nights and we cooked and prepared breakfast and dinner every night there. Lots of pots and pans, crock pots, cooking utensils all came in handy. We placed an Instacart order earlier in the day we were due to arrive and best thing ever! Beef sandwiches, breakfast skillets, and a new tradition of build your own pizza night were some of the faves. Beds were comfy providing great nights of sleep. Plenty of bathrooms with all the essentials needed. Drive to Branson to do some shopping and attractions was close by. But honestly the pool table, ping pong, arcade games, and of course the hot tub was some of the best times. The guys found a cigar shop bought a few to have and enjoyed sitting out on the back deck and front porch enjoying their “stogies”.I highly recommend anyone to book this home away from home on your trip you won’t regret it. Owners and management were always available and asking if we needed anything during our stay making sure we enjoyed our stay.

Great place for being with family to reconnect. Room for everyone to spread out and plenty of bathrooms for everyone’s privacy. We are all happy campers!

This property was amazing! It was clean, in a great area, spacious, beautiful and we LOVED the pool table. We would definitely stay there again.

Overall we LOVED this home. I did bring some items of concern to the management so that they are aware and they said they would be out the next day and we never saw them. The hot tub was a disappointment, but they already knew and there was someone there working on it several days during our stay...it did get a little better (no jet action), but it was still more of a hot bath than a hot tub. More silverware and glasses are also needed - plenty of plates and pans. The house was accurate to the photos/description and we had an amazing week with our family. We would definitely rent this home again if we were in the area!

This place exceeded our expectations. Everything we needed was there. It was spacious and had a beautiful open floor plan. Everything was clean, stocked, and working. Had no issues at all. All of our guests said the same thing. We will definitely be a returning customer. 100% satisfied!!!!

We have been taking our family to Branson for 13 years and this is our favorite place to stay. We love the layout of the house. All ages had places to hang out and it wasn’t too loud. The back deck and fire pit were private and enjoyable. 5 stars!

Everything was as listed and was better than expected. Beds were super comfortable! Kitchen had everything we needed for meals. House was clean and the hot tub was clean and hot! Would recommend and stay again. We did have a couple of things that came up, but were quickly taken care of. Super great customer service! Thank you.

Property was clean, warm, and welcoming. Beds were comfortable; the kitchen was stocked with both adult and baby serving utensils/plates, but it did not have any containers at all with lids for preservation of cooked food; the carpet in the bedrooms was well worn and should be replaced . The property manager was great at checking in, and readily available. The heat did not work on our first night, but someone was sent out the next morning to address that. The location was good, as we’ve been to Branson once a year for over 30 years, and we were looking for somewhere close enough to travel with little ones, yet far enough away to not be on the main strip. We did not have a chance to use the firepit or the jacuzzi as it was too cold & rainy during our 7-night stay, but they looked exceptionally clean and inviting. I appreciated “immediate” feedback with issues regarding the heat, and having it fixed so fast.

We had a great sisters weekend the house was exactly as described amazing. Adam was quick to respond and Brittany was amazing with helping with any problems and questions we had. Will definitely stay again next time we come to Branson

Mostly nice but there were some concerns that were stated as amenities that weren't as stated or needed attention. 1. There were 2 pack 'n plays but they were both broken. We needed both. 2. Some of the knobs on the hot tub didn't work 3. We booked this place over another cheaper one because of the arcade games but the driving game just ate the kids' quarters and didn't let them play. 4. It was stated that the pool table flipped to an air hockey but it didn't.....that was a disappointment 5. The board games were a jumbled mess in baskets with waded-up monopoly money 6. The basket of toys were just mixed-up broken pieces of stuff 7. Pockets on the pool table were broken and couldn't hold the balls 8. There was a pull-out sofa bed which we needed but it was also broken 9. The air mattress didn't work. 10. There weren't extra blankets or sheets anywhere to be found 11. Soap dispensers in upstairs bath and middle floor bath spout comes out 12. There were dirty sponges that were pretty gross in the kitchen, not any clean ones 13. The kitchen sink sprayer wasn't working properly 14. Several light bulbs were out 15. The air conditioning went out the second night but someone came and worked on it, then it went out again but they came out again and fixed it. 16. The sink and tub upstairs got stopped up but someone quickly came and

A well equipped house with room for everyone. Loved all the king beds. We had several homes in the neighborhood and loved having a chapel service at the clubhouse all together. Our contact was easy to reach with questions. The second full frig in the basement helped with keeping roses fresh until wedding. Games in basement fun but charging for them ????? We would rather have the space. Hot tub and fire pit nook so fun! We used all features. We recommended cleaning grill and carpets. Would definitely stay again.

House was more than spacious for six adults and one child.

This was a great house that had every thing we needed for our week long stay in Branson. Located in a nice neighborhood not far from anywhere we wanted to go. The pool was great. My grandson really enjoyed the video games and pool table. Beds were very comfortable and air conditioning worked great.

We enjoyed our stay here. Enough space for our 3 generations to enjoy. Very responsive management team. Only thing I would say is that it needs some tlc, simply meaning it needs some updating, painting, etc. but overall it was a great trip.

This home worked very well for our celebration! The space is great! The beds were comfortable. We would stay here again😊 There were some little things that need attention, but I let Adam know about them & I’m confident they will be taken care of. He & his team were very responsive.

Great home!!! Perfect condition!!!!

The house was perfect! There was plenty of room for our group of eleven. The upper deck and lower patio is very private and we loved the secluded fire pit area! The house was very clean and the beds were super comfy! I would definitely stay here again for any future family get togethers!

House was very clean and perfect for our extended family group. Lots of space for all and basement game area with 2nd fridge was great! Everyone loved the hot tub and the fire pit area even thought it was too wet to have a fire while we were there. House is about 10-12 minutes from 76 - the main strip so not too bad. Only thing that could be improved upon would be leaving coffee supplies for first morning. We knew we would need groceries but got in later and didn’t want to have to run out after 8pm but did so since there was no 1st morning coffee packet there. Not a huge deal but would have made it perfect !

We had a great experience staying here. The house was perfect for my youth group with plenty of rooms. The pool table. Ping pong table, arcades, the hot tub, and for fire pit were a huge success Thank you so much

This house was advertised very accurately. We loved our stay. It was the perfect size for our two families that stayed. The entertainment and hot tub all downstairs was the perfect space. We would totally stay here again!

For our family of 6 (with 4 young adults) the arcade games and pool table were the main draw for us and saved the day on Tuesday as we had a cold rain to contend with. Everything worked, the beds were super comfy, and we enjoyed fantastic family time. The subdivision has some areas where houses back to other homes. This property backs to woods and provided us privacy around the fire pit and in the hot tub. A super clean, hot, all jets working hot tub was the cherry on top! Just a 12 minute drive up to the grocery store. This was our first visit and hopefully next year we will be able to stay here again.

Thank you for a great stay. We enjoyed the layout of the house. A living room for adults and a space for kids. Lots of entertainment- movies, games, ping pong, etc. The communication between the owner/house manager and us was the best we’ve ever had. They were accommodating and understanding. We will recommend to friends!

All around great property to stay

This was a great property. We had minor issues with TV connections on the bottom level and the bathroom upstairs. However, these issues were immediately addressed. House is very spacious, clean, and well equipped. The only recommendation I would make is cable on the main level’s living room space. This was a great experience, and I have told many people about it. Don’t doubt it, just book it!
