the view was stunning! The stuff were amazing

The location of the hotel is great (the road to get there is a different matter and is nothing the hotel can influence). The receptionist was lovely but overall I have to say the staff was not very friendly or helpful. The room size was good and we had a little balcony facing the lake. It was great to get a free kayak for one hour as part of the stay.

I felt it was very expensive for what it offered (from room price to drinks and meals), the room was ok but could definitely do with some updating / modernising. The air conditioning worked only on one setting which was incredibly loud. We tried to book a volcano hike through the hotel but whilst it was in the tour booklet we just could not get an answer as to the costs, timings etc. The staff overall was the least friendly compared to all other hotels we stayed at in El Salvador.

Beautiful location. Excellent food and service. A delightful place to stay.

6km approach along a very poor road.

La tranquilidad y privacidad ya dentro de las instalaciones, la atención del personal fu muy buena, la comida llenó nuestras expectativas.

La calle de acceso al hotel está en muy mal estado, le corresponde a la alcaldía, la comunidad y Fundación Coatepeque, asumo que el hotel contribuye tanto a la alcaldía como a la fundación para dar mantenimiento a la zona. se debería incidir en como mejorar la calle,

Hotel located on a nice area. Its layout is pretty nice with a few rooms with a beautiful Lake view. Boat tour available as well as jet ski rental. Loved the Boat docking pier/terrace.

Limited food service scheduling. Not handicap friendly with many steps to climb. No swimming pool shower available. Registration office is combined with the bar (not sure if you are dealing with registration personal or bartender) and some sort of drainage sewer smell when walking to the docking area. This was not at the Hotel area but right at the grass area connecting to the docking area.

The view from the pool and tables are amazing, the dock is amazing, the lake is incredible by itself.

The room with a lake view was not private, as in, if the shades were open to take advantage of the view, people at the pool can see you in your room. Wifi connection was not great in the room. Only one light switch to turn all the lights on or off. Only one bedside table.

Location is beautiful, the building is quite new. One hour if kayak is free from the hotel. People who work there are friendly. Breakfast is tasty, as well as dinner.

The access road is not well maintained for the last part. The hanging shelf is in the bathroom, and the bedrooms do not offer much privacy, when people were using the swimming pool we were hearing them as in they were in the room. The price is quite expensive for what it is. Room has only bed and chairs.
