Amazing location, good food, great drinks and very pleasant staff
Room was extremely small and overpriced for the space. Paying for the view which was lovely but this has put us off from staying here again

emplacement divin, chambre avec balcon vue mer : le paradis !! Mur face au lit entièrement vitré : admirer la vue même allongée. Petite attention le jour de mon anniversaire :-)

Petit déjeuner plus que moyen.
Problème de communication. J’avais renseigné que je venais avec deux enfants et que j’avais besoin de chambres communicantes, sinon je devais annuler ma réservation (enfant de 1 et 5 ans). Et quand je suis arrivé, non seulement les chambres n’étaient pas communicantes mais en plus elles n’étaient même pas au même étage et évidemment personne ne nous avait prévenu.
Nous avons donc passé une nuit avec nos enfants à 4 dans la meme chambre le temps de trouver une solution, mais j’ai quand même payé pour les deux chambres cette nuit la.

Wunderbare Lage, ideal für ein Wochenendtrip nach Split. Morgenbuffet vielfältig. Freundliches, aufmerksames Personal. Aussicht auf den Hafen. Fabelhaft und Morgenessen sehr gemütlich. Moderne Möblierung.
Im Poolbereich könnten noch zwei, drei mehr Liegestühle anstelle von Sitzkissen platziert werden. Aussicht vom 3. Stock (Poolbereich: fabelhaft, ruhig, perfekt).

Zeer vriendelijke en behulpzame medewerkers in het hotel. De kamer was fantastisch (door een fout in het systeem hadden we niet de kamer die we hadden geboekt, maar het hotel heeft ons een upgrade gegeven naar één van hun topkamers). Ook de locatie was top, slechts op een kwartiertje wandelen van Old Town.

Der feine Wellnessbereich im UG ist relativ klein und daher eher für einen Saunagang geeignet. Nicht für den ganzen Tag.

Best hotel I ever stayed in! And I stayed in many places in Europe. The bed in the middle of the room with a view over the sea through large windows was the cherry on the top. Breakfast was amazing. I have nothing to complain about. I will be really harsh of other hotels from now on. It will be really hard for others to compete with this one.

Прекрасный отель с чудесным видом на море и Старый город. Сам отель новый, номер уютный, с дизайнерскими предметами интерьера. Персонал готов помочь по любым вопросам. Завтрак разнообразный и очень вкусный! Есть платный паркинг и зарядка для электромобилей, которая входит в стоимость парковки. В общем, мы остались под приятным впечатлением и при случае обязательно остановимся в этом отеле снова!

Neues Top-5-Sterne-Hotel ideal gelegen. Vom Hotel kann man in 3 Min. direkt an die Hauptpromenade von Split gelangen. Das Hotel ist neu und sehr schön. Die Zimmer haben eine wunderbare Aussicht auf das Meer und die Promenade. Das Auto kann man in die Hotelgarage parkieren und alles zu fuss erkunden. Wir waren schon zweimal da und werden wieder kommen.
Es gab nichts, was uns nicht gefallen hat.

Preis-Leistung stimmt für uns nicht. Frühstück deutlich unter den Erwartungen, Personal teilweise unfreundlich (zB beim Frühstück), Preise an der Bar unverschämt hoch.

This hotel has the most professional staff and their help to make the stay enjoyable is the biggest asset to the hotel.
The food is fabulous, and the bar is well decorated.
The rooms are a generous size with a lovely shower room, comfortable large bed and really encourage sleep with great black out curtains and well functioning air con.

The amenities and location. The bed was so comfortable - made it hard to wake up each morning! Breakfast was amazing - lots of options and all fresh. Location was also really convenient to the old town.

We were only there for one night and spent a lot of money on the room. Unfortunately, our room flooded due to a clogged shower which ruined our stay. The hotel staff didn’t do anything to make up for this problem.
