Chilled, laid back, perfect relaxing way to enjoy South Goa. Staff, owner and food outstanding

Location overlooking sea and beach
Small rooms, hard mattresses, blanket without a sheet, no intercom, staff not trained to smile and be welcoming.

Overall the property was good, the staff was very friendly and cooperative. Location was bit difficult to reach. But it was quite pleasant location.
Accessibility is bit difficult, Since we had stop our car 500 meters far aways from the location, there were couple of things were not available.

Henkilökunta oli todella auttavaisia kun minulle iski vatsatauti ja he huolehtivat hyvinvoinnistani, siitä iso plussa!
Suihkussa tuli vain kylmää vettä.
Sängyn patja oli kivikova, tuntuu kuin olisi nukkunut kovalla lattialla.
Välillä ravintolan puolella palvelua ja ruokaa joutui odottamaan tosi kauan (ensimmäisenä iltana 1,5h).

Food was awesome, it was in front of the beach.
It's a peaceful beach with a minimal crowd.
Nothing, the staff were exceptionally good and supportive. Will recommend everyone to consider this property for stay near beach in South Goa.

Ill equiped , no generator , no tea coffee in room , not even a hot water kettle … bad beds , bad linen , what not to say .. horrible

Nothing worst place to stay unprofessional behaviour.
They hadn't allowed checking even after booking property online as well as offline advance money asked for booking we made the payment nd when we reached at property they ask us to wait..they made us wait till 3 hrs after that the manager says sorry...nd returned booking amount which we did at least 1 month before.... very disappointed 😞😞.

The room was good. Right near the beach. The staffs are friendly.
There's no car parking nearby and had to walk distance to reach the place. The wifi connection is poor.

The owner was kind and helpful we reached around 11pm no one can find the cottage it has to be walked on beach sand we had luggage, the owner came in seconds in a jeep to receive us.

This place was so quaint and charming. The sernbatim beach is not at all crowded and looks amazing at night. Location wise it's a little difficult to approach because there's no parking available and they bring your luggage in an offroad type jeep. The owner is a very helpful person and helps you out with anything. We couldn't order the food here since we were out for most of the day but I definitely want to come back here.

The best about the place is the friendliness of Rafik and his family and team. And Rafik's sublime Tandoori fish with the best french fries east of Belgium.
