Nos ha gustado muchísimo la casa, el entorno y la atención recibida por Mercedes y su familia, pendientes en todo momento de nuestras consultas y dando respuesta de forma inmediata. Muchas gracias por todo!

Estuvimos 2 parejas y un niño unos 7 días. La recepción y la atención de Mercedes fue muy buena, así como su disposición de ayudar y hacer de nuestra estancia mejor en todo momento. La ubicación de la casa esta cerquita de Chiclana, pudiendo bajar a comprar o para cualquier cosa en poco tiempo. La piscina y los alrededores de ella están muy bien, así como el porche resguardado del sol en todo momento. La casa es correcta, tiene prácticamente de todo lo que hace falta para el día a día. Por poner una crítica constructiva diría que algunos elementos de la misma les hacía falta un pequeño mantenimiento, mosquiteras, sillas, persiana. Se está tranquilo aunque hay mucho ruido de gallos y perros casi en todo el día. Calidad/precio está muy bien para pasar unos días.

Me ha parecido increíble, ya que la casa se encuentra ubicada en una zona muy tranquila, ideal para descansar y desconectar, aparte de contar con una piscina y una fabulosa barbacoa, aparte de encontrarse limpia y cuidada toda la propiedad. Se encuentra cerquita de Cádiz y de sus playas, como maximo 35 min en coche a la que se pueda encontrar más lejana, y 15 min de Cádiz ciudad. Mercedes es un encanto, mostrándose atenta y comprometida con sus inquilinos en todo momento, y eso quiere decir mucho de una persona. Por lo que mi experiencia ha sido de *10* cortita pero de *10* Sin duda recomendaré la propiedad de Mercedes, tanto a mis amigos como a mis familiares. Espero poder repetir pronto!!!

Justo lo que buscábamos.

Pues generalmente ha sido una estancia maravillosa, piscina perfecta para la familia, cesped cuidado, amplia, con dos frigorificos uno dentro y otro en un cuartillo de fuera, tiene todo lo necesario para que t sientas como en casa, colchones comodos, la verdas q hemos estado encantados..la propietaria Mercedes muy bien al igual q su hermaba y cuñado q nos han atendido muy bien!

Much bigger than looked from photos we chose the villa for the outdoor space and were not disappointed. Very rural location but great access to all routes . Spent most of our time on the terrace and pool which was a great dining and socialising space. A outdoor shower room was a bonus . Mercedes was very helpful and gave lots of good advice. Interior slightly dated as were bathrooms but very comfortable and everything you could want in the kitchen to self cater. Both double bedrooms had lots of storage. Would totally recommend for families or a group

Fue exactamente como esperábamos y cumplió ampliamente nuestras expectativas.

Buena atención al cliente en todo momento, exterior delantero con piscina y porche perfecto para un buen relax. Buena conexión de carreteras, necesario el coche en todo momento. Toallas, menaje de cocina, papel wc...etc Todo lo necesario para pasar los primeros días, toallas piscina/playa, sombrillas... La única pega son los perros del vecindario, siendo una urbanización, no es culpa de los amos, pero rompen la tranquilidad si quieres cenar fuera y relax

Valoración buena, recomendable para desconectar.

Wir hatten einen schönen und erholsamen Urlaub in diesem Haus. Es liegt außerhalb der Stadt in einem Wohngebiet, das erwähnte Hundegebell haben wir als nicht störend empfunden. Der Service durch Mercedes (und ihrer Tochter) war sehr gut und sie war jederzeit erreichbar. Kleine Probleme wurden sofort gelöst. Leider hatte das Haus für uns einen Schönheitsfehler. Der Abfluß im Bad roch sehr und der Geruch war mit Hausmitteln nicht zu beheben. Unseres Erachtens sollten die Amaturen in den Bädern auch dringend ausgetauscht werden, sie sind sehr verkalkt und zum Teil instabil. Ein herzliches Dankeschön an Mercedes. Wir sind von diesem Teil Andalusiens sehr begeistert.

Everythin was excellent. - grass well cut; - swimming pool refreshing and perfect for a night dive with its lights on; - kitchen well equipped; - confortable beds - nice barbecue set - nice bathrooms - very clean and very neat; - wifi and tv also nice - hosts very friendly and we took upon several recommendations, restaurants, and sports activities. Thank you and I hope to come back to this amazing house.

Très bon accueil de Mercedes, sa maison est très agréable et bien aménagée. Elle est calme et a tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un bon séjour. Je conseillerais cette adresse. Patrice

Das Haus ist schön und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Geschirr, Handtücher, Bettwäsche, eine Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler, Deutsches Fernsehen usw. Es ist sauber und gepflegt. Die Vermieterin und ihr Mann waren jederzeit sehr hilfsbereit und daran interessiert, dass wir einen angenehmen Aufenthalt hatten. Kleinere Probleme wurden sofort behoben und wir wurden mit vielen hilfreichen Tipps über Gaststätten und Ausgehmöglichkeiten versorgt. Die einzigen kleineren Haken an der Unterkunft sind: 1. Das Grundstück liegt in einer kleinen Wohnsiedlung, wo es nichts gibt. Ohne Auto ist man dort aufgeschmissen. Bis in die Innenstadt von Chiclana sind es ca. 4 - 5 Kilometer. 2. In der unmittelbaren Nachbarschaft befinden sich 2 andere Grundstücke, auf denen eine Vielzahl von Hunden gehalten werden (Zucht??). Damit verbunden ist eine ziemliche Lautstärke durch das Gebell. Da wir zu einer Zeit, in der sehr viel mit Feuerwerk hantiert wurde, dort waren, war das teilweise schon recht extrem. Ob es ohne die Knallkörper viel ruhiger gewesen wäre, vermag ich nicht zu beurteilen. Im Großen und Ganzen kann ich diese Ferienunterkunft mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen. Meine Frau, meine 2 kleinen Kinder und ich haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und wir werden mit hoher Wahrscheinlichkeit dort nochmal unseren Urlaub verbringen.

La propriétaire est très sympatique et très attentionnée. La maison est propre et bien équipée. la piscine est automatique et l'eau est toujours impeccable. Toutes commodités a proximité. Idéal pour un séjour a Cadix au calme.

It has a lovely outdoor area and pool which I was a bit cold in April but was still used when it was warm to cool down. Mercedes... the owner, was there to meet us on arrival and show us round the villa. It is a little on the remote side so a car would probably be needed. We are hoping to go back to play golf again next year and would book this villa again.

We arrived on Monday evening and were greeted by our friendly host. The house was nice to say at least. It was clean, completely equipped and cosy. We were 2 adults and 2 children (both had their own room). The kitchen had everything you need for a nice stay, the garden was big for the kids to play in. As the weather was not great we made good use of the wood stove which made it even more cosy in the evenings. This part of Chiclana was calm and quiet. You need a car to get around but everything was close. As the weather was not that great, we did use the nice pool only twice, but I think it will be very refreshing during the hot summers.
