Super emplacement face mer, appartement spacieux, bien équipé

Dans la chambre, des tables de nuit auraient été un plus.

La localisation face à la mer, en rez de chaussée avec une immense terrasse, au centre de la Baule, facile pour faire les courses, une belle pièce à vivre (salon salle à manger cuisine), la TV, le WIFI, 2 chambres, la salle de bains, l'accueil simple et efficace

Tout était parfait. Si vraiment l'hôte souhaite un point d'amélioration : il serait agréable d'arriver avec les lits déjà faits. C'est un détail. Nous n'avions pas de points de non satisfaction.

La atención de la persona que nos dió la llave nunca se presentó y nos atendió demasiado fría. Será típico de franceses?

The location, literally facing the sea, cannot be closer to the beach.

The host really made me regret the stay from day 1, very stressful, we were on edge all stay absolutely afraid of not doing anything right. They ask to clean the facility, hoover and shower glass. Put everything back at the right place if you don't want a remark. We did clean as much as we could, but 2 year-old messed up a 3 inch coffee mark on a bedsheet, the landlord called me after the check out and literally shout at me on the phone calling us a disgusting family. I was driving on the car bluetooth every-one heard it, wife and daughter were shocked. I am still shocked.

The attitude of the host. We were asked for a 500 euro deposit and then we’re expected to make our beds and then remove and fold all the bedding the next day. We also had to take our small amount of rubbish with us. The host was unpleasant at best and made us feel very unwelcome. it was as though they expected us to trash the whole apartment. In fact we cleaned and swept but we’re not thanked. Very strange indeed. We made the best of our stay and the place is lovely but this did rather spoil the experience.

The living room with the sleeping couch is facing a busy road. At that particular moment there were construction works in addition. The big bed is not meant to be for two adults. Its of a 120/140cm width. Attitude of the guardian/ host was unfriendly and pedantic, making comments about our kids. we left the apartment extremely clean, although cleaning fees were included. She was looking for a reason, something to criticize treating us as school kids. We left on a friendly note, but i didn’t appreciate this experience. And it leaves an aftertaste on the stay
