From the outside this motel looks pretty run down and bleak. But, the room was surprisingly nice. Comfortable bed, good bath and shower, private enclosed parking area if you are lucky to get a spot.
Exterior of motel is rundown, not enough parking in the enclosed space,

It was convenient.
The overnight noise across the road undwr the bus shelter.

Location and communication with the property was excellent. Real coffee being available was wonderful. Room was reasonably clean and towels and linen were lovely.
It is quite dated and could do with a fresh coat of paint but notwithstanding this, it was good.

the location is right in the center of town so easy to access everything.

the pool is clean and inviting.
our room stank of stale beer and the linen as well… but after purchasing a deodorant, it felt better .
oh and it could do with a clean floor, and a bottle of dish washing liquid.
maybe it’s the lowest part of the off season when we stayed?
the laundry area could do with a teeny weeny clean up …

The free breakfast was very good, and the bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean.

Centrally located. Size of room and main area was OK.
On arrival and up to our departure, two days later, we saw no staff other than the cleaner. The pool area was covered in leaves and there was a dog swimming in the pool. Is that even hygienic?
The bathroom is in need for renovations.

Chris who is I dealt with on the phone has been great, very understanding and easy to work with

The beds were so comfortable and the staff was really nice. Breakfast was at an other location (5-10 min by foot). The pool was really nice and the place was really clean. The room had a microwave and a nice coffee machine.
After the check out it wasn’t possible to use the toilets, because they didn’t had any, except the ones in the guest rooms.

Great pool. Convenient location.
The air-conditioning didn't work properly and there was no fan. Only some lights worked. Couldn't find any staff to discuss issues with.

The terrible noise I was woken up by which sounded like a dentists drill , on Sunday morning …it went on for 20 plus minutes, maybe a wake up reminder?

not very clean, cutlery was not even washed, door between each room means you can hear your neighbours loud and clear.

Room had an adjoining door to another room where someone else was staying, Could hear everything and I mean everything that went on in there and he was by no means being unnecessarily loud. Im sure he could everything from my room too. Not acceptable
