I spent only one night. I wish I could stay more next time!

The hotel is situated a bit out of the 'altstadt' but it is easy walking distance. We had a lovely double room on the top floor that looked like new. Very friendly staff and great, not over priced breakfast, where they serve decent cappucino's.

The room had a small kitchen. Super should we not have wanted to eat out. A kitchen however, has a fridge. and a fridge can be a bit noisy. So I had to turn it off during the night. We could have done without it (and the kitchen) Tiny elevator that apparently could fit 4 people but felt claustrophobic with 2.

Everything, very hygienic, warm and modern rooms. Very good customer service (Halil) and all the other staff.

The hotel was very nice and clean. The walkingn distance from Dusseldorf Hbf is 10' and to te city center 15'. Our room was very spacious with nice comfy beds and a kitchen. The staff was very polite and attentive.

The location of the hotel is absolutely perfect: you can find restaurants, shops, pharmacy, beauty spots, super supermarket (with the floor dedicated to bio food and everything bio you can imagine) - all within three - five minutes of walking. The AltStadt with its famous breweries is 15 minutes away. The room was spacious and clean and bright. The most unforgettable thing - is how helpful were the receptionist and general manager. My stay was full of care and positive communication. Definitely will come again!

The hospitality of the reception, the size, cleanness, all equipments in the room was really good for us. You need to walk about 12-15 min to reach the center but this was not a problem for us as well. Everyday the room service left water and coffee. Thank you so much for this stay 🙏🏻

There was a construction at the near building and they start to work and make some noise at 8 am, but this was not in the control or responsibility of the hotel. Other than that everything was perfect.
