Perfect experience - had my daughter's wedding there and we were pleased with everything. Staff was so welcoming and everyone raved about this!

Breakfast was pretty good.
Breakfast only one meat served. We originally booked to stay at your downtown hotel but like the location that we arrived to by mistake and decided to stay at this location. Could not understand why we were charged a much higher rate for this hotel. Wasn't happy about that.

Nothing.
The power was out, so they transferred my reservation to a different, significantly downgraded hotel without calling me about it. I wasn't in the same style, nor quality of room I had originally booked. It was also $30 more expensive. It was somehow non-refundable, and the hotel that I was transferred to wouldn't give me a discount. They gave me a breakfast voucher instead. This was my second booking with Springhill this year, but I will not be booking with them again.

The breakfast was average. However, for $400 + dollars per night, I would hope to get a room that didn't overlook the garbage bins.
