Nice location! Right in the middle of the castle.

The host is unfriendly. The instructions to arrive are not clear. Specially if you don't have internet. When I called the host, he was rude asking not to Whatsapp. Also, in here it appears as the "hotel" has a hot tub, but only specific rooms have it. Which is not clear from the description. Also, it's not an hotel, but rooms.

The rooms were recently renovated, so everything is quite modern and new. I loved the mattress, it was super comfy. We were in room 1.2, so we almost didn't have to use the stairs. We arrived late at night, so the codes system worked very well. We indeed felt a bit insecure about these codes, since we could not change them... but, in the end, nothing happened as we have realized that the owner was almost always there at the restaurant. The breakfast was good too, but could start a little earlier... We would rather be already at the beach by 9h30.

The first message from the hotel was quite weird. They could answer via booking instead of sending a Whatsapp, without even identifying themselves. Besides, using a business Whatsapp would have been preferable instead of using a personal account. Answering them would also be very interesting! The manager or the owner (the guy who sends the Whatsapp messages) is not the most welcoming person in the world. He seems to be always in a rush, which is understandable since it looks like he has two (2) small kids with him a lot of the time. Anyway, he is very efficient, but don't wait for a lot of smiles. The bathroom is indeed very small, specifically the shower box. But for a weekend it is ok.

Our stay was pleasant. The room was very clean and the bed and the pillows were very comfortable. The location is perfect. It was easy to check in etc. I was contacted on whatsapp with a code to enter. It all went smoothly. The shower is really nice with good pressure and lots of hot water. Overall, it was a great experience.

It would have been helpful to have a thicker blanket. It was getting cold during the night (we visited in March). The room would also help from having a small table, even though I understand the room is small so it may be hard to arrange this. The soap dispenser in the shower was also not working so well for us, but it wasn't a big deal.

You can hear everyone using the front door entry code, it beeps loudly. Shower was very small and leaked from both the overhead and hand held shower heads.
