The location was great and the home was very nice, though it did have a couple querks, but nothing that interfered with our stay and our comfort.

I didn't like that the rental company wouldn't allow us to check in early, not even 10 minutes then tried to say it was the owners, though it was completely the rental company that made that decision.

Fabulous position a few hundred metres walk from a beautiful white sandy beach. Comfortable home and a secure setting for a young family. The home included all major appliances you would expect like a washing machine, a good oven, ice maker etc. Very clean & lots of bathroom & pool towels etc. Shaded pool area and the pool was heated sufficiently and had lots of pool accessories like blow up seats etc. The property had items that could be taken to the beach like foldaway chairs, buckets & spades etc.

Lots of niggling & outstanding maintenance issues for such a nice property. The external timber table & seating had rotten wood and some broken chairs. Every bath & wash basin plug didn't work or didn't exist. The main bath took 20 mins to empty, the other bath had no plug. Of the two basins in the master bedroom, the one would only empty if you held up the plug with your finger nails; the other wouldn't hold water. In the kitchen there was a lack of certain cutlery items e.g. no teaspoons, lots of steak knives but only 2 standard knives. We contacted the agent who responded immediately & said they would resolve, but 5 days later nothing had been resolved by the time we left

Location was great! Nice, open kitchen/eating/entertainment area. Bedrooms were nice size and comfortable. Easy access to beaches and bay.

Internet did not work for the 1st two nights/days of the trip. Downstairs game room was worthless. Could only be accessed from outside the home. There were no chairs or couches nor television(s). Pool light did not work. Instructions need to be provided for TV usage as each TV had multiple remotes that all worked differently.
