I loved that the property was close to the beach. Everything was clean and the property was easy to find. Plenty of parking. Check in and out was also super easy.

We could not get the master bedroom TV to turn on. I noticed this in other reviews before our stay. There is a book on the kitchen table with directions but the directions are irrelevant as they are for a Roku remote. The TVs were not Roku TVs. We were very disappointed we couldn’t use the TV. Soap in the bathroom would be helpful as well - There was no soap to wash our hands. I wish the listing said we cannot turn the AC below 70.

Very close to the city. All the restaurants and the Publix closed to the house.

The second bedroom downstairs did not have central A/C. The wall unit was not cooling properly. It stayed at 86 degrees all the time. Very uncomfortable for someone to sleep. The house overall needs to be refurbished with new up to date TV sets. Could not use the TV in the Master bedroom. The doorknob in the Master bedroom was falling off and the door did not close well.

The twin bed mattress was much to be desired. All other mattresses were great.quite a bit of road noise but not bad after 10pm

House was very nice as well as the location. Pet friendly option was great for our family vacation. The house was well stocked with all kitchen supplies as well as starter cleaning items. Very easy contactless check in/out. Thank you!

The stairs were terrible, very unsafe! Unstable railing, as well as they are open on the back. My niece tripped and almost fell through the stairs onto the concrete 10ft below. She is fine, but you may want to make the stairs more sturdy and safe for insurance purposes in general. Also, earlier check in and later check out would be nice even if there was an additional fee.

floor and furniture was very dirty and we actually got a swifter to take a layer of dirt off the floors.

Dirty floor, nails sticking out of living room floor, loud street, lower room not connected to upper floor, overall cheap appearance, little smelly. Inside renovated, outside not. Little smelly. Rust on washing machine so not usable for hood clothes.

Liked the comfort of beds and pillows. The house itself is well decorated. Very close to the beach but too close to the main road.

Too much traffic. Very noisy. Can't stay outside on the balcony as there's too much traffic. The kitchen is missing a few indispensable articles like small spoons a lettuce spinner, scissors, salt and pepper, sugar. There should be instructions on how to work the convection range. They should also supply the beach chairs and umbrella. The bathroom faucet is very loose and has no water pressure. They should supply a small box of tissues. (Kleenex) There are no hooks for towels in the the bathroom. It would be very handy as the hooks are in the hallway. There's no hook to hang the clothes in the shower room.

I wasn’t aware that it was a two bedroom and the 3rd bedroom was an add on next to porch. So possibly advertise 2 br with mother in law suite. It worked out and it was very clean and we had a great time.
