Quarto amplo, com internet ótima e localização super boa.

Café da manhã com poucas opções. espaço para banho muito pequeno, É difícil não se molhar ao ligar o chuveiro e esperar ele esquentar.

Localização. Perto do evento em que participei, facilitando meu deslocamento.

Quarto sem porta, com ar condicionado pequeno q não dava conta de gelar o espaço. Falta de tomada no banheiro e perto da cama. Janelas conjugadas com outro quarto e podíamos ouvir os hóspedes do quarto conjugado. Reservei com muita antecedência e mesmo assim fiquei num quarto inferior por conta da disponibilidade. Hotel não preparado pra atender grande demanda. Tumulto no café da manhã e no elevador o q dificultava o acesso ao quarto ou saída (demora,).

Localização

O hotel me decepcionou muito. Algumas coisas que não gostei: a noite solicitei um cobertor e na recepção me informaram que não havia funcionários para entregá-lo e que eu mesmo precisaria descer para pegar o item; o shampoo estava no final e não foi reposto; limpeza de todos os vidros das janelas do quarto estava muito ruim; café da manhã muito ruim também (pão de queijo, por exemplo, estava frio e murcho).

Nice rooms and great dining. Loved the firm mattress.

I am a senior American citizen woman traveling alone. I went to this hotel due to I felt unsafe in Brasil with who I was staying with. I left the unsaved situation and entered your hotel. I repeatedly told two of your front desk clerks to please do not disturb me and never share my business with anyone. I explained I need safety and security there in the hotel until I leave for airport to leave Brasil. My request was completely ignored. The first hotel clerk never entered my request into the computer for all staff to see and follow. As a result. I kept receiving one call after another into my room from the people who's home I had left. Five telephone calls came in and never translated into English for to understand. These men know I do not speak Portuguese but kept calling talking not translating. This is harassment!!! I spoke to another desk clerk but again to no avail since yesterday morning that particular man allowed yet another man to call to my room from the lobby. He then, yesterday, refused to call me an Uber cab who took my credit card. He told me to get into some other car parked in front of the hotel. He told me your hotel does not have an Uber App. I reminded him your hotel is a 4 1/2 star hotel so why does this hotel not have an Uber App? He answered and said, "the stars mean nothing anymore". I asked to speak to the manager and this man pulled aside another man and told me this is the Assistant Manager. However, the man kept interfering with my conversation with this Manager. I asked for a private conversation using my Google Translator. But that man would not honor my request to speak privately to the Manager and the Manager did not take leadership or charge of this matter. Nothing was resolved due to this. I went and called The American Embessy and told them for a second time what is happening to me and I asked for help and security.

Marcio and the restaurant staff were excellent.

There was an issue of continual running water within the wall area which started on our second day and stopped 6am on our 4th day!

- The bed was really comfortable and big. -The room was very big as well (flat) - The rooftop has a nice view of the city. - Breakfast was surprisingly good. - I made a nice "genius" deal, with excellent cost-benefit

-The acoustic from the room is not good, from the flat I could hear the kitchen from another room along with someone snoring. Inside the part of the room with the bed, the noise was not a problem, though. - The place is quite old, so you can see marks of the time.

the staff were very friendly & helpful & always there to help you if needed & the breakfast selection was great too.

the property is very old & is not a 4 star but more of. 2-3 star max & one of the reasons I booked the property is because in the pictures it showed a gas cooker & upon arrival of our room there was no utensils to allow you to cook anything & nothing was mentioned in the description that’s there was it any utensils. where the hotel is it is very noisy all day at into the late evening & we was on the 19th floor at the top.

The breakfast was good.

The building is rather old. Everything in the room looked quite used, but was working.
