The hotel is very clean and excellent breakfasts

Parking only public park available for charge , they are charging so much for hotel they should provide free parking for hotel guests

That we only found out that the mini bar items were for sale. Also as we had asked if there was anything special for a couple celebrating 1 year anniversary we automatically assumed it was a gift. Make it clearer. Perhaps we are just not used to hotels

The most of staff were friendly. The room was big enough for 1 adult and 4 kids. We enjoyed the swimming pool. It was close to the station if you knew the subway. The room was well equipped.

The room didn't have aircoditioner and was very hot. The shortest way from the train station wasn't shown on the Google map, and we walked around for the first time.

Very nice hotel with friendly staff. The breakfast was excellent. I needed to be in Lillestrøm, but the hotel is very conveniently located close to the train and bus station, and travel to Oslo and to the airport is quick. The hotel has a nice swimming pool and gym.

Only minor things like no option to open a window (there is full climate control which works well, and a busy street outside so the choice is understandable). And the access to the regular stairwell (there is a separate one for emergencies) sometimes was locked so use of the elevator was mandatory at those moments.

Breakfast was great with rich food selection. Comfortable baby cot was provided. All in all, hotel looks nice.

We have traveled with a small 2 year old kid and booked 40 sq/m room, which what the main reason of choosing this hotel, while in fact we got a 20 sq/m room. When we tried to explain this on reception, they have referenced on a Booking.com mistake in the description like they where already aware of this misleading information and where keeping this on purpose. It was very hot in the room and linage was more winter like - very warm for an average Summer day.

I was given a room that was too hot for me (October). And I went to reception and they help me very fast by changing me to a cooler room and the experience was great.

The room at the third floor is very hot because of the bathroom heater and there is no air conditioner.
