Hotel rooms were very spacious and clean, breakfast was good would have like to have some yoghurt open, gluten free section was very sparse. Staff at reception were very good. Spa was brilliant, pool was clean and great to have. Free access to Buncrana golf club was brilliant.

The girl that checked us in was so welcoming and helpful which was really nice because we hadn't been there before, I didn't get her name but she had glasses. The room was lovely and clean and we had a great nights sleep, such comfy beds. We dined in the bar that evening and the food was delicious too, I got the chicken supreme. Also in the morning we got a fantastic spread for breakfast well worth the price and the views were an added bonus. One other thing I noticed, staff brought the tea out just before we sat down wereas other hotels we've stayed at always bring it out way too early and it gets cold so this was the first place I've been to that the tea wasn't cold! 😂Top marks.

Everything was great I only wish there was bottled water in the rooms like most hotels now, but that wasn't a big issue. I wish there was a water cup fountain for the sauna users, there is water available but it is 1.50 euro a bottle. This definitely wouldn't put me off coming back though as overall it was a lovely stay in a beautiful area.

Love where the property is and the layout

Room was at the other end of hotel. When I’m bar for dinner, you wait a long time on your order being taken. Partner ordered soup, to which he had to go and ask for spoon to eat with to then be handed a dirty spoon!

The breakfast was really good. You could have as much as you like. A full Irish breakfast. The room worked well for us.

The bed was a little hard, but was ok.

Location good, staff mostly friendly and helpful, pool decent and good for family use; nice and warm.

Room only had a basic clean; we moved one bed over against the wall to let our baby sleep on it and there was so much rubbish lying below the bed. The travel cot supplied for our baby was extremely uncomfortable to the point that he just would not sleep in it; would be nice if a cot mattress was supplied along with it. The hotel overall would need a complete update but did the job. More baby facilities would be appreciated for cleaning/sterilising bottles and heating up food.
