Breakfast was excellent as well as the staff
The hotel did not have any air conditioning it meant that the corridors and bathrooms were like saunas.

It was very well situated and easy to find for an overnight stay on the way to Denmark. Relaxing and quiet. Pet accepted, parking good.

We should ask for no smoking rooms at the reservation, but we did not know. Anyway the staff changed the room when we asked.

the bathroom was not as expected, and it was no air conditioning in the room, so no one could sleep from the heat. They also didn’t have anything in the reception to give out.

The bed was comfortable. There are lots of parking spaces in front of and behind the hotel.
The 2 rooms for our family were on 2 different floors. The staff on reception could barely speak German and were not helpful or welcoming - no info about Celle was offered, zero small talk. The breakfast room was very loud and breakfast poor - stale bread, no fruit salad, much less choice than in other hotels. The hotel seems to specialise in coach holidays - I wouldn't recommend for individual travellers.

Perfectly good hotel for overnight travel stay. Bit of a walk to downtown area but definitely doable. Great German breakfast.

Friendly staff and good breakfast.
Beds were ok for sleeping, the TV worked and the bathroom was fine.
The room was a little "hostel" like, but for a nights sleep it was ok.

Location was good for what we needed
Breakfast was good.
Was put into rooms next to each other.
Staff were helpful and approachable.
Price was too high for a basic room
Parking was pricey. 5.50 per night extra.
One plug socket that could be used without lights being on.
When booking on booking.com. stated in inital search was 2 rooms 4 people. When confirm booking put lead person in for each room. Paid 104 euro per room per night (2 standard double rooms for 2 nights) Total 416 euro. Arrived to be told by check in my booking was for 2 single rooms for 2 people. Wasn't happy as that wasn't what we booked or paid for. Was eventually sorted out and given 4 free drinks. (Beer and glass of wine only)
Both mornings at 0830 was woken by loud noise from the room attendants and there laundry cages.
No information about facilities in hotel for example a menu for the restaurant etc.
No fridge in room
Had to collect iron and ironing board from the reception instead of it being brought up to room.
