Location is ideal when you want to get away during non peak tourist. Plenty of Restaurants to choose from on the main strips and a few on the beach. Ideal location to walk to the beach.

Location to the beach and Venice. Lovely pool and breakfast.

The superior suite that had a loft bedroom was very inconvenient. There was very little room to move around the bed and the stairs were steep and narrow and had no handrail. We slept on the sofa bed down stairs as it was more convenient to the bathroom and there was no risk of falling down the stairs in the middle of the night. The rooms need an update as it is a little outdated.

Location was great

Fantastic location and the loveliest staff. Everyone was helpful, pleasant, and polite. When there was a small issue it was resolved immediately.

Balconies needed to be cleaned more regularly. Older hotel so some of the items could use a little updating.

the swimming pool

the lift is very small and slowly. Compare the numbers of the guests are very poor.Only 2 max 3 person can fit in. Babycar has no chance.

Everything was very fine. The staff is very helpful and always smiling, it was a pleasure. Rooms very clean and tidy, the view from balcony is amazing, beach is very near the hotel and the pool area is very good, pool has a bubble-massage area, but it isn’t turned on all the time. Restaurant staff was very friendly and dinner was good too.

Very little of control at the pool side, everyone was doing what they wanted, kids and adults who felt like kids were splashing water all over lying people and shouting all over. The price is not worth what you get in our opinion its too expensive. No hot food for breakfast.

Breakfast classic, salami, cheese and sweet breakfast, no fruit, they make eggs but you have to ask, premium room whit a view of sea for the money is not worth, broken window, the rooms are not soundproofed, sun loungers included in the price of the room,

The pool area was lovely, good location near the beach.

Room was very small, booked a triple execuitve room it was tiny. Overpriced bar, cup of tea was 5 Euros!! Had to pay to use room safe. Paid for late checkout on arrival and had to leave early due to Easyjet flight issues. Hotel wouldn't refund the fee, only use it as bar credit. Also the shuttle price from hotel back to airport was increased because its a Sunday. Felt like I was spending money like water the whole time. Pretty stressful and dissapointing.

In the spirit of transparency this hotel is advertised as 4 stars however would have lots of challenges to demostrate that deserve 3 stars.

excellent service by all staff in a family run hotel. Very clean, elegant and stylish premises.

The single room had a single narrow bed, was very small and the bathrooms extremely small as well.

The staff was amazing, very helpful and very kind with all we needed. Reception was very pleasant and the checkout was made very clear and quick. The location was great and very close to the beach, where we had a place to enjoy the sun.

Overall it was a lovely stay and the staff was great, apart one little thing! the morning at the breakfast we could hear behind us that one of the staff management was telling off the others waiters. Its not nice to hear that, should be done in private.

The exterior area/pool/lounging area is beautiful. Towels in the room are fresh and of good quality, the cleaning staff were particularly friendly.

My room was very dated, the shower hose was bent and you had to hold in one hand to shower. There was a flood somewhere I believe. I'm not sure, I think they are renovating, and I thought I would be in one of the renovated rooms, but I definitely wasn't. A few of our party were charged twice for taxis we booked, but we were in a big party so I could partly understand the confusion.
