nice hotel doing well under the C19 restrictions. If passing that way we will be happy to stay there again.

Dog friendly accommodation by a nature reserve. Very good for onward journey, to stay when travelling elsewhere for a night or two Convinienttly located off the motorway

Excellent location for the city, the hotel is value for money compared with other hotels although there is very limited choice in the area.

The hotel is tired and needs investment. I have stayed in this hotel on a few occasions over the past 10 years when visiting the area, its not particularly comfortable but the location is good for my needs. Maybe this is the compromise that is required. I always look for alternative accommodation but there was no suitable alternatives on this occassion. We did have to extend our trip but we were able to relocate for the extra nights.

It's not nice to be rejected from restaurant, only because 2 busses arrived with guests. Sorry but do you live in a hotel in the middle of no where. A restaurant is needed... Only the staff did what they could

This is the only place where customer might be confused about parking and breakfast… Why Parking is not included in price ? Why breakfast is not included in price? Why guards at entrance sometimes are not in their office and gate is closed especially during night time??? There were strange kind of noisesn the room, come from one corner to other, complain to frond desk, they changed room, the new room was have sounds of water flow like river, it was scary night I spent 😳
