Awesome staff, location, parking, quiteness, family and pet friendly,, AC, large bath (bath tub and shower) and room size.

Although the breakfast was quality good it was poor in selection but for 10€ could not expect much.... and....at one point there were ants in the room (no idea from where) Wish the shower had an opaque door not transparent

The city of Lucca was wonderful and so was this hotel. The facility was easy to find, modern, quiet and clean. The staff was terrific! And the breakfast buffet was the best breakfast we had on our whole trip!

The restaurant closes too early (22:00) but they inform you about it.

Well, it's not just about this premise, generally the services rendered is lowered even more after these last 2 years. Attention to customers, quality of service and amenities. Care on details as well as "smart solutions" like soap bottles "one fits all" to save money and work, are just some of the notes out of pitch that define the declining of the level. All this doesn't spare from responsibilize customers to "save the world". Nothing new. Demanding customers have to tune down their needs and expectations

It was my 4th time in this hotel and I absolutely recommend it. Very clean and spacious, beds are always very comfortable. Staff always helps in case of questions or doubts

This hotel was the only one available close to the comic festival: that’s why we chose it.

This is a nice hotel, with dedicated staff, nice rooms, good breakfast and not bad location. I was happy with room comfort, bed comfort, bathroom equipment, breakfast quality and helpful staff. Would stay again.

First day cleaning was perfect. But last day I was playing with my son on the floor and I thought that it was not vacuumed at all. Busy road is nearby - but it's not a big problem with closed window. Small details in the bathroom need attendance. I also think it is a bit too expensive for it's value.
