Quiet neighborhood. Location is convenient to downtown, shopping and beaches.

No dishwasher. Limited kitchen supplies.

The location couldn't have been better. Our friends relocated to Vero Beach a few years ago, and we were very close to their house. It was close to the beach, which was nice for the kids. The air conditioner worked great! Having the pod coffee machine was very convenient as well.

The bathroom is SO tight! Having 2 adults and 2 almost-teens in and out was tough. The couch is pretty old and can't fit us all, so it would be great to have a sectional in that corner area to provide more seating. There were hardly any pans to cook with. No storage in the 2 twin bed room, so maybe shelves on the wall would be nice? That laundry room is a bit creepy. The light didn't work, so my husband had to use his phone flashlight so that I could switch out laundry at night. There was a lizard in there twice, and a huge spider another time.

The location and amount of space in this property were perfect for our needs.

The level of privacy was very lacking. While we didn't mind an adjoining bathroom between our rooms, the doors were slatted and didn't allow for hardly any privacy. Also the blinds allowed those outside to see into our property quite easily, especially at night. We did not enjoy that very much.
