Very old, not clean enough

It is the most character full along the beach strip - 3rd generation home changed into a little hotel. Lots of stone and woodwork which gave it such old world charm and ambiance! Owner ever present and really good food and a joy to have found this gem!! And such, such good value for money!!

I have absolutely no complains

We don't love it and we gave MIchaela the key and go to another hotel...their are 35 stairs to the room.you didn't show it.my wife can't go up.you didn't mention that there is no elevator...be ashamed...

Staff and location

The view of the first room was amazing,the rooms where confortable and the breakfast great too!

We were renting 2 rooms the one of them had no tv in,which wasnt something too crazy but i guess when you rent a room you expect a tv too

We liked the location, literally by the sea. One of the mornings, we woke up and went swimming first then had breakfast side by side! The neighbourhood was vibrant, lots of people seemed to have come visiting again and again to the same location. The hotel was very comfortable, air con worked. It had a wonderfully run family atmosphere. Breakfast was great, especially for continental breakfast. Freshly boiled eggs, freshly squeezed orange juice. Fresh bread, fresh fruit. All offered with a smile! We would definitely stay again at Barbaressa Hotel.

Parking arrangements were on street parking, there is no actual parking space. But, it was relatively easy to find parking spaces close by.

Everything except the balcony view.Added,I requested double bed but I ended up staying on a 2 single bed room.
