Wonderful and clean property. The owner was pleasant and he was always working around the property which is why it looks so well maintained. Dedicated parking is a huge plus. Room was spotless and cleaned each day. We enjoyed breakfast on site and it was a great value for the quality and ease of getting it delivered to your room. Only a few minutes walking distance to Main Street which has a variety of restaurants to choose from. We chose to drive to Kathisma Beach (organized with facilities) each day which took about 40 minutes but it was an easy drive to and from. If ever in Lefkada, I will definitely choose this propriety again. Thank you for a fantastic stay.

The property was exceptionally clean. The breakfast was enormous and fantastic and the location for Nidri is great. Absolutely loved it.

first of all, the room looks even better in reality than in the pictures. everything so clean, room is cleaned daily, towels are changed daily. breakfast fantastic (not included, you can order there). fantastic!!!!!

Daily room service and it’s very tasty too. Wide selection of food, you will definitely not go hungry. Good location in Nydri, only a 2 minute walk to the port where all the restaurants are. Rooms are cleaned daily with fresh towels and amenities are very clean.
Shower was a bit tight for tall people (over 6ft)

The staff was friendly and attentive to our requests. The room was cleaned daily. Breakfast was rich, room service type. We drink the morning coffee on the terrace. The existence of the parking space represented a major advantage for us. We had a wonderful stay in Nydri!
I would have liked to be able to choose the room accurately. I didn't know that our room would be on the ground floor.

Good location, close to the central walking street and the harbor. Available parking place is a big advantage. Clean nice rooms, staff very discreet but helpful and nice.

Everything was good, it is very clean, it smells nice, the location is good, Close to the center and the beach, nice room, big enough balcony, good breakfast with everything served in the room, except coffee which is not So great.
Unfortunately, what we didn’t like is that although they are pet friendly, we coming with our small Dog, we were very stressed. They have a big Dog that they let free without a leash. It is right not all the time But enough to run us few times and he scratched our car.
Another thing would be for the owner ( the young one) to be more friendly.

Great location and easy parking. Breakfast was delicious each morning. The staff were kind and attentive.
The bed was really, really hard - I slept on a pile of the extra pillows. The shower was very small, but still functional.

Especially the host, he should never work in tourism, I have never met such a fake and mean person. Also the beds were very hard beds and the bath extremely small, one person can barely fit in the shower.

Athina residence is a clean, comfortable, modern place to stay. A remarkable varied and generous breakfast arrived in a basket to my door each morning, providing plenty of food for both breakfast and lunch. It is located in a side street, just off the main street in Nidri and just a few minutes walk from the waterfront. The family who manage the guesthouse were welcoming and friendly.
The many small streets and laneways in Nidri are not easy to drive through. Get a small car!

it’s a nice apartment with all the facilities you need for an short stay in Lefkada! it’s located 10 m from the centre of Nidri, in a street full of restaurants, markets. The building has even an parking area for the car, really useful in this part of city.
Clean and spacious rooms, all furnished beautifully and the staff was very friendly! if we’ll return some other time in Nidri, we definetly will stay at Athina Residence! thank you

the owner is incredibly nice, the whole stay was chilled and relaxing, breakfast served in the room was absolutely great. You had everything you need in that big plate! Bed was comfortable, pillows as well! Location was 2min walk from the main pedestrian. Would absolutely recommend to everybody.

Spacious room with a lovely private terrace outside and a huge double bed! Clean towels everyday. And a nice garden with seats. Close to the center where you can find lots of restaurants. No traffic noise.
It’s a little bit noisy also because there’s only a small hallway between the rooms.

The place was immaculately clean and in an excellent central position.Off the main road it s quiet and near to everything.If you have a car there is a convenient parking next to the Studios.The staff are very accommodating and kind.
Room was nice and modern with a little balcony to have breakfast on.
The breakfast is very generous and delicious.
Small little touches like an espresso coffee machine , complimentary mineral water and toiletries plus slippers made our stay that extra valued.

Very clean, big room and air conditioning. The position was close to Nydri dock and the guest knows English.
We liked the breakfast variations possibilities.
Big parking area that is private was a plus to park our big car safe.
Very noisy area, it can rise you from death during sleeping hours. Unfortunately the Greece on country side is well known for poorly maintained vehicles(especially the motorcycle, atv) that made you feel each day and night like in a battlefield…so imagine a very circulated street 1meter from your balcony 10 days!
We would like to have the possibility of a different terrace where we can eat and enjoy a garden for breakfast because it was only room service possible.

Good location. Suite well furnished and clean. The staff is a family and they are very friendly . The breakfast served in the suite , excellent. Close to the beach , port, restaurants and shops. Very good to stay and explore Lefkada.

The staff is more than nice and they will do anything to make you feel welcomed and satisfied. Very clean and well furnished. The rooms are not that big but just enough. Well located right on the center with free parking.
The street that is located on is pretty busy and you may find it a little noisy. The shower faucet (in our room at least) needs repairing or replacement as it does not work smoothly and the water temperature is alternating. There is no mess hall so you will have breakfast on the balcony. Some vegetables for the breakfast would be nice.

Very neat and clean rooms, with a separate room for our dog. Breakfast was excellent and the service was exceptional. The owners were really friendly and helpful with everything we needed.
Sometimes the shower water turned from hot to cold to hot again on its own, which was really annoying. The beaches near Nydri are not really nice.
