The boys who are working in this place are just amazing.... because they can only serve what they have there..

I get better bfast at home.. I mean interms of options...it was just a joke. and for dinner being right between the see and the back waters htey just had 3 seefood options...whcih was ridiculous.. Not maintanined cottages, thank god the mosquitos where unable to lift me and drop into the lake... cheaters like them shouldnt be on bookmytrip... I feel they are on the verge of closing down...

Maintenance of property and the cleanliness swimming pool was dirty

Location is a big plus if you like something away from the city (it takes 1 hour from Kochi or the nearest ferry). Beach is right opposite the resort

Staff are not well trained on basic hospitality conducts, safety and hygiene. The resort itself is 20 years old and half the property is neglected for a long since you can see many villas and common areas abandoned. Resort runs on a as-is-where-is condition. Except for a few ‘premium’ villas the others are a waste of money and you’ll be disappointed. Items on the menu are limited - esp for vegetarians. Wifi is intermittent and no room service

Food was decent , pool facilities were good, backwaters were scenic and beach good for a casual morning walk not good for a dip.staff was courteous.

The staff team was really good. The management cooperative. The food was good too. Very prompt and attentive team. The location is good.

The pool could have been cleaned a little more with pool side benches repaired and some beach umbrellas put for shade. The other walk areas which had water bodies could be cleaned too. Some more activities could be provided. The check in could be at 12pm rather than 2pm. The AC outdoor unit was faulty and that needed to be repaired/ serviced. Some old broken furniture needed to be replaced.

Ayurmane.

No buffe for lunch and dinner. Cleanliness and maintenance were very poor.Not at all worth for money. Water and dirt were clogged in surroundings. Mattress had stains and was not looking clean. There were amble amount of dust and dirt in the rooms. Fan ,toilets ,under the beds .. Canal near ayurmaane were clogged and dirty . DISAPPOINTED........SUCH GOOD PROPERTY IS JUST GOING IN WANE.
