spacious classic French style hotel and room. staff exceptionally helpful. great location in the heart of town. easy parking nearby.

The location is great and it’s quiet.

The breakfast could be improved quite easily with decent coffee - even a cafetière would be better than the poor quality coffee from the typical hotel coffee machine. The cold meats and cold hard boiled eggs were unappealing. Guests could boil their own eggs if there was an electric egg boiler or make their own toast if there was a toaster.

Comfortable bed, good reception & view over Le Canigou -32 room. Near the Modern Art Museum, boulagerie St. Ferreol street and cosy Can Puig restaurant where they even speek catalan.

Lots of noise from outsde so had to shut windows.

Very quiet and peaceful with excellent views of the Pyrenees and the Canigou. Municipal parking about 5 mins walk from hotel. Rooms very clean and comfortable and staff friendly and helpful without being intrusive. It was our second visit and we'll certainly return!

We carried our own little kettle to make early morning tea. Perhaps a mini kettle and a couple of cups in the room would be nice - although it was absolutely no problem for us to sort ourselves out!

I loved the central position of the hotel. The room and bathroom were very clean and spacious.

The stairs are difficult to walk down as the handrail is on the left hand side. I would not recommend this for an elderly person.

The Hotel is in a great location, quiet yet close to the shops and restaurants. The staff were quite pleasant, especially the lovely woman who served us our breakfast-she was delightful.

We had booked the room with a terrace especially as we had our little dog with us, but unfortunately when we arrived they couldn't offer it to us as somehow(through another site) it had been already booked and it hadn't been blocked on the Booking.com site. So the room they offered us did not really meet expectations in terms of some outdoor space. The young man at the reception did his best, and with our poor French and his lack of English we were able to come to an agreement when he offered us a bigger room for the same price. Still, it was a bit disappointing. The rooms are a little tired and dated in terms of decor, and that doesn't really come across in the photos.
