The night staff was not friendly, they would let us watch tv from the other area. Finally a French man got mad and ask for the remote so we can watch Olympics. Also, I bought water for 3 euros & I gave the guy 10 euros he stated that he didn’t have change but when my female friend ask in French he was willing to look for change in the safety cashier box.

Beds are comfortable that I actually regretted not staying longer.I wish they have more facilities like pool ,gym and a hot tub to relax after walking for a day at Disneyland.

Great spot to visit DLP. We took a 12 euro Uber to the park and left the car parked in front of the hotel.

Simple, clean, comfortable and perfect location for a night after a few days in DisneyLand with 24 hour check in. Staff were very friendly, room was spacious, clean and modern. Breakfast was included but very busy.

The lift wasn't working throughout our stay. The breakfast was monotonous and nothing other than bread and cereals for vegetarians. I got our room on the 3rd floor and had to carry my luggage all the way up and down by myself. I requested to change the room to lower floor but it was difficult to reason with the staff to get it changed and at the end I gave up. This is definitely not the quality of service I expected from the hotel.

My room was not ready and we end up in a different room the sofa bed was horrible. I asked (booked) for two double beds. The hotel is neat to Disneyland and it was superb there is a great restaurant across the hotel ver lovely great food.

Property located in a very calm area next to disney land and Val D’Europe mall. Very nice to stay at but when they decide to make your room the way they knock on the door makes you lose your temper it’s a 85 continuous knock per minute with a piece of metal but overall they’re decent. Buffet in the morning is nice with quality food but waitress is rude doesn’t smile as well, my wife was making a cup of coffee and she’s was like it’s 10:02 breakfast is over and that’s one of her attitude problems. Anyway overall experience is good

Lovely staff, very nice clean room and the breakfast was really lovely, would highly recommend the scrambled eggs which took myself and my partner by surprise as usually buffet style eggs leave a lot to be desired but these puppies were hot, buttery and went down easier than me after a Tesco meal deal and ten thousand shots of thousand island dressing. Would highly recommend.

Really happy with our stay in the Holiday Inn Express in Marne La Vallee. Friendly staff, clean rooms and a great choice at breakfast. Close to the local bus and that links to Disneyland Paris on one end of the line (bus 34) and Val d'Europe at the other end.

Beautiful, clean hotel with very unfriendly staff. We checked in late after a full day at Disneyland. The receptionist was rude and only interested in collecting the taxes. I had to ask for the room key and we weren’t given any information about breakfast or any other amenities. The breakfast staff were also very rude.

We were going to Disney so transportation to the park was easy. Breakfast was great both days. It can get crowded towards the end but they keep refilling it. Room was good and accommodated guests adequately. Only complaint is that the toilet wouldn't stop refilling with water the morning we went to Disney, so we called front desk about it and they said they would send someone to fix it while we were gone. We came back at midnight and the toilet still wasn't fixed. Ended up solving problem myself. Overall, would return to this hotel again :)

Very nice property and staff. Comfortable room. Walking distance to bus that takes you to Disney Paris. Next to a good grill restaurant. It a very nice laid back neighborhood.

This was a great, inexpensive property to stay at for our Disneyland day. The hotel is very fresh and clean and the staff were polite and helpful. The room was fresh and very clean. Very comfortable bed with wonderful linen/duvet.Breakfast was really good and I loved their coffee. The bus to Disneyland(#34) was a short walk and took about 30min to get to the park. For 5€ for two of us it was worth not taking our car. Great stay..one of the best throughout our stay. Only downside was the offsite dining options after a long day.wonderful relaxed stay over all.
