The front desk agent was friendly. Bed was comfortable and room was okay. It really was just a bed and shower. One night was fine but not for an extended stay.

The pool was not open.

The coffee and juice were watered down. Did not eat there.

I felt un-welcomed when I checked in. Was told bare minimum. The next morning, at 8:30 am cleaning staff knocked on our door. Great wake-up!!!!! NOT! We had driven 8 hours the day before.

The room was clean. The whole place was clean

Our toilet did not flush when we arrived. Told the front desk. He left a plunger outside my door like it was my problem to fix. Second time I called about it he sent a person to my room that was not maintenance. He comes in flushes it and says he doesn't know how to fix it. In the morning I told the manager and all she could say he was no longer with them. No refund was given. What a mess. So we had to go downstairs to use the bathroom in the hallway. Pretty sure when someone rents a room it is for the bed and the facilities. We did get a nice bed but basically had to use the common facilities.

Friendly Helpful Staff

Ran out of toilet paper only 1/2 a roll hanging and no back up roll. The bathtub filled completely up during a regular shower and took a long time to drain.

Breakfast was a little dull and coffee needs a lot of help

No hot water on the second day until 1030 pm unexceptable breakfast bar empty on Sunday morning nothing but some bread in the pastry cabinet no eggs no sausage and barley enough waffle mix to make one waffle very disappointed on how the breakfast is handled

New property. Nice staff. Warm breakfast. Tidy room, clean bathroom. Mini fridge and microwave in room. Comfortable stay. BEST value we found a gem. Thanks comfort inn suites.

Breakfast was good, quick, comfortable and it was a new property. Good lighting in the parking lot, nicely setup and decorated rooms. The beds were fantastic.

The cleanliness of the shower was pretty bad, even though the rest of the room and bathroom were clean. The shower floor was black with grime, so we moved rooms.
