Excellent staff, upgrade to marvelous room overlooking the piazza.

Nothing really- the breakfast was a little basic

the room between booking and what we got was different ? We where on the ground floor, giving directly to the palazzo quarter it looks like to finished, a space for what looks a kitchen was empty, and after that a corridor going nowhere

Best location , easy to reach and in the middle of the center of Mantova. Great , newly renovated and spacious room. Amazing staff! When we mentioned the room next to us had a little one that didn’t stop crying (poor parents..) they offered us to move to another room, super kind. Ask reception for a 24hr parking ticket (5euro) for blue parking spots on the main square We didn’t take the breakfast as there are so many nice places in walking distance. Typically Italian but also more modern like Ortica (amazing!) One night we had a pizza in the hotel’s restaurant, pretty good!

Great location and good service. The bedroom and bathrooms were nicely done, but the living room/kitchen area was a bit to “sterile” for our liking.

The room upgrade was done to us as a pleasant surprise at the check-in, we had a deluxe room with a view on the duke palace . Great view , clean and accurate room.

We expected a little more from a breakfast , seemed that som food finished before the breakfast was over so there wasn’t a lot of choice.
