Breakfast and rooms

Excellent breakfast, location was easy to find but was disappointed that the Villa was surrounded by industrial units. Hotel was very clean and staff were exceptional. On the Saturday evening a concert was playing in the area and the music was really loud, we were expecting trouble sleeping, but once we closed the windows, we could not hear anything. The aircon worked a treat!

For the price paid there could and should have been a tea/coffee maker in the room. The toilet paper was rough and an alternative should be substituted immediately. The parking area was a little confusing.

Staff not friendly, especialy reveption.. Breafast room cramped! Inteieur desigh dated and kitcherig.

Excellent breakfast, nice staff, a lot of care taken to make sure our dog felt welcome.

Pets are allowed, but only in suites and (exceptionally, we were told) deluxe bedrooms. The extra charge to bring a pet is 28 Euros, much more expensive than we've experienced anywhere else in Germany.

Excellent staff, beautiful room and hotel. Wonderful breakfast with variety and freshness.

Nothing really, maybe the fitness room was a little dark, but not really problem.

Very good breakfast. Room was very nice and quiet. Looks all new. Room was located in the new building. Parking in front of hotel.

Location more or less at industry park, but no noise or dirt from this. Easy to reach by car.

As always the perfect stay for work and pleasure. Staff very friendly and helpful and by far the best hotel in the Wuppertal Area. Hopefully all will be back to noraml in 2021. Well done to the hotel in these difficult times!
