Un appartamento bello, pulito ed accogliente. Letti comodi, bagno abbastanza spazioso. Piscina molto bella e con un panorama meraviglioso....forse un pochino affollata. Struttura nuova, pulita e ben curata. Colazione buona ma non memorabile. Buono il rapporto qualità prezzo. Non facilissimo l'accesso in auto.

The great hospitality and kindness of the hosts who immediately made us feel at home and were very helpful. Location is also wonderful, surrounded by nature yet only about a 10 minute drive to Spoleto. We recommend this little paradise!

excellent price to quality ratio, the owner and his wife were very welcoming and kind. the place is simple and authentic and blends very well with the sorrounding nature. beautiful, green hills all around the property also, since there are quite a few reviews about it: if you know how to drive you won’t have any problems getting there :) the road is a bit steep but wide enough for big cars

rooms should be better soundproofed. we booked this agriturismo because of its ‘remote’ location to have a quiet night after a long day of driving. unfortunately the guests staying in the room above ours were very impolite and made noise until 2 in the morning. Our room was also right next to the breakfast room so once people started going for breakfast we were awoken.

Location is great, since it is placed in a quiet, small village, but easily reachable by car from Spoleto. Owners are very kind and friendly. They showed us the swimming pool they were constructing at that time and I could see how nice it will be once it is finished. The room and facilities were super clean. The bed was comfortable.

The room itself was a bit small (but the bathroom was big). Being an "agriturismo" I was expecting more local/homemade food/delicatessen to try and possibly buy some local stuff. However, apart from the nice sweet breakfast prepared by the owner, there was no other things. In short, I was missing the "agriturismo experience".

Nice welcome by the host. Quiet. Good breakfast. There was WIFI at the table outside.

The road leading to the place is a bit wild (unpaved and steep). We would have missed it despite the GPS but luckily the hosts spotted us looking lost in the village :)

The location is fabulous - at the end of the last village, only forest behind it. Bed was comfortable, house was new, hosts were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was fresh every morning, mostly homemade bread and pastries and Pierra even made us a special treat on Sunday. For the price you can't expect anything more.

We have a large car (BMW 5 series) and driving through Pompagnano to the object was a stressful experience. Furniture in the object was all new, but in "old style" that isn't necessary the most practical - drawers were hard to open.

Very cute room. Good breakfast.
