Good service 

Easy in close to everywhere

Free coffee and snacks in the lounge.

We had to change rooms twice due to AC not working 2nd room was broken toilet seat 3rd room TV only worked after the 2nd day Some of the Reception staff were not very friendly.

Room size was excellent. Breakfast was good. Lobby facilities were excellent as was free refreshment provided 24/7. Staff generally were friendly. Small inconveniences with check-in misunderstandings regarding special requests to do with disability (walk-in showers) and free breakfast, but was all sorted out on arrival. Parking provided was ideal for guests, especially with disability

There was nothing we did not like, but rooms could have been serviced earlier in the day. The absence of a senior manager for late check in problems was noticeable, although this was overcome by contacting someone at home finally.
