hotel manager was rude and unhelpful. we had originally booked for 2 nights and later extended for 7 nights but everytime extending booking was painful and manager and staff did not cooperate towards extension for someone staying for 7 days. it almost felt like evertime begging for extension and no benefits or consideration at all.. overall very unstatisfied for the money and services..will not recommand to anyone..

renovation is going on no mention at the time of booking. mosquitoes, dust everywhere, elevator not working. mattresses and bedsheets are horrible.very high price with respect to what is offered.

I stayed in the old block (512)... Minor disturbance due to ongoing renovation work...

Location is good.

They allotted an inter connected room. We got too much noise from the other room. Had to change room at mid night and had to checkout early morning. Electric kettle was not working as well. Old and rusted fittings in the new room provided.

It's close to the highway and reception is quite prompt.

The bathroom was in a bad condition. Taps were falling, the washbasin taps were rusted and looked crappy overall. There were cockroaches in the room under the bed. Was disappointed with the size as well. Twin room for a stay of 3 adults plus a kid was smaller than a one bed room. Ginger is no more a brand to look for.
