Vlak bij het Tsitsikammapark.
We hadden twee dagen geboekt, maar zijn na 1 dag al weg gegaan. De receptie is niet altijd bemand. Je moet bellen en dan wachten totdat er iemand komt. Het sanitair is niet schoon. De glazen in de badkamer staan op een tafeltje vlak bij de wc. De WiFi werkte niet goed.

The host was extremely accommodating and immediately made us feel welcomed.
Prior to our arrival the room was prepared for a warm and inviting stay. The breakfast the next morning was excellent and the staff made us feel like our every whim was catered for.
While the size of the rooms were completely adequate, layout of the facilities felt very close to one another, So, while our time there was spent with very few other guests and no neighbors, I can imagine that having other guests staying either side of you would perhaps feel imposing and somewhat intrusive. However, as I said, I have no evidence that this is the case as we stayed there during a very quiet part of the season with only 4 other guests in total on the premises.

Andelomi exceeded all my expectations! They were kind enough to accommodate all my special room requests, the food was tasty, the room service was fast and prompt, and my god, the heated beds were an absolute blessing! I highly recommend everyone to experience Andelomi!

Big room and big shower. Delicious breakfast. Delicious food from surrounding restaurants. Reasonable drivable distance to most trails, closest being the big tree, about 1km to the entrance.

We loved the forest-feel garden with a brook running through it. Tranquil and serene. Room clean and comfortable. Very well situated. Great breakfast. Will recommend.

What a quaint little gem! The location is wonderful. the staff are so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was wonderful and it was so peaceful and quiet.
It’s not well suited for a big family. Noise travels quite easily although it’s understandable. A mini fridge would be very helpful.

I loved everything about the lodge from the area to the exceptional staff. Their food was delicious, service is the best.
They don't have DSTV and bar fridges in their rooms. Which was disappointing.

Place was just mediocore. We just had such beaituful places on our journey that this place was just ok :).
Nothing special just a good place to spend a night there. I would spend more than one night to be honest. A city which this place is in is not interesting at all. There isnt even one nice restaurant. I think it was the worst city through the garden route but we stayed here just to see tsitsikama national park and do a Kayak trip early morning.
Musty smell in the room that was quite annoying.

We stayed over for 7 nights, Breakfast was amazing! Rooms were exceptionally clean and staff were magnificent, friendly and so helpful. Thank you to Mike and his team for making our stay a truly enjoyable one!

Staff were so wonderfu they went out of their way for us.as booking .com had given them the wrong information for our accommodation and had not included the 2 children . They organized 2 extra beds promptly and happily. Beautiful setting. and surroundings.

Fab setting - in amongst the monkeys - and short walk to the restaurants / microbrewery in Stormsrivier. The breakfast was outstanding, nice area around the pool and staff were lovely.

Beautiful lodge situated in the forest.
Not child friendly at all, the staff has to work hard in the customer service skills, the place is beautiful but as soon as they saw the kids they made us feel not welcomed, they turned rude and rushed us out from the breakfast table. Such a shame!

The breakfast was great. We could enjoy the mountainview from the breakfast room and spot some baboons running through the garden. Birdlovers will love this place.
The breakfast was awesome but the dinner was surprisingly the opposite. They prepared a vegetarian lasagne for us and afterwards we had stomach pain. I am convinced that they put so much love in the food since its not a public restaurant but at the end it was not enjoyable.

As a person with severe allergies I appreciate how well they catered for my needs. They prepared separate breakfast that's safe for me to eat because I couldn't eat any of the things at the buffet. I'll definitely be coming back.

The service was excellent! Eating out with a one-year-old can be a challenge sometimes, but the personnel really took care that we had a nice evening (and stay of course). Rooms itself are clean and neat, perfect for a quick stop. Though, in case you want to explore the activities that are offered, I would recommend 2-3 nights.

the village of Stormriver is very welcoming and very nice, plus there is delicious cousine in bars and restaurant.
