The Caravan was update lovely and clean, the was great with Communication.

I had to sleep on the pull down bed in front room not great keep the travel to 2/3 people so these beds do not have to be used ok. This is the only thing I would change ok

Location, access to walks and internal and external space. Shower room too.

Bed, too soft and waterproof cover on duvet and pillows noisy.

Lovely caravan in a beautiful location. Nice private garden. Owner was very responsive. Would definitely book again.

Wifi poor but that is a site wide issue according to other residents.

I like the fact that there where enough beds to accommodate everyone in the property. It was good that there were items like a microwave, oven and 2 toilets which gave it a homely feel. The massive tv was a wonderful addition to the place

The bedroom with 2 beds was extremely small. It was essentially a box room which made sleeping very uncomfortable. The instructions were not clear enough and the heating took a long time to turn on. There were no towels and the beds weren't that comfortable. The internet was slow and unreliable

Caravan was beautiful, bathroom was fantastic. You can tell they put alot of money and effort into it. We arrived late and we couldn't work the heating. They came out and sorted it straight away when i informed them the next morning. Nothing was too much trouble. .

We had a very nice stay in Overstone Holiday Park in a lovely Holiday home. The garden was lovely with modern seating and lighting. The chalet was clean and very classy. Big flat screen TV and all mod cons
