Can be a wait for small lift

It is very small hotel. staff was very friendly,helpful and want to solve problem. location is is close to everything.

Hotel is old building and need to be repair many things. There is elevator, but it is very small, some time is broken that you need to walk up to room.

The location was perfect - within walking distance to great shopping, restaurants/bars, main tourist attractions, ie. Old Town, Notre Dame, squares, fountains, outstanding Saturday/Sunday Market on the river; easy access to transportation. Good breakfast. The staff was AMAZING! They went above and beyond expectations to make sure our stay was great. They truly provided very impressive customer service! Celestins is lucky to have them as employees.

everything was within walking distance. there were many cute bars and restaurants within a few blocks. quiet and comfortable.

The small sofa in the room had some huge stains that made it unappealing to use it

Room miserably crowded and small. Staircase and entrance gloomy and awkward. Reception area poorly furnished.

the hotel is central as central can be. the staff is warm kind and courteous.

it has a very warm set up, suitable for family with kids. the staff were really helpful, kind and welcoming. the room is really comfortable. The hotel room has lots of character. ☺️ the hotel is also located very close to town and easy access to great restaurants nearby. will definitely stay here again in our next visit.

Location is perfect next to the Célestin Theater, a short bridge walk for the old town and 2 blocks from the commercial streets. Staff is super helpful and made an excellent recommendation and reservation for us in a great restaurant Accommodation was spacious, quiet, authentic with a great view. what’s good as well is the Célestin Parking just around the block.

Room was great, clean and tidy. Parking close and easy.

We declined breakfast (as we usually bring our own on long trips) and this displeased the receptionist. He was quite rude after that and said 'we need to work, lucky you didn't bring your own beds'. Never had the reaction before! Strange
