I did plenty of research for Santorini, and I cannot say how good the location and the property is. The best in town and Fira has much more to offer and do than in Oia. Host went out of his way to help us get a wheelchair to move our in laws because Santorini is NOT for people with difficulty to walk...neither the house as you have to climb stairs to get to the property, but thanks to the wheelchair we made it work and everyone had a great time...You will not find a better location with the combination of a great house. I will definitely come back to this property.
the hot tub is not a hut tub, just a cold water pool, but with the hot weather that does not matter much. The other minor thing is that the bathroom in the mid floor need some paint on the walls, shall be an inexpensive fix that can change the full image of the place....not an issue for us, but something to improve if I were the host.

Gorgeous, well appointed villa. Very large, lavish in fact and comfortable. Staff supporting us was wonderful and answered all our questions.location was excellent for caldera views and great restaurants.

We loved everything about the property! Location was excellent and the house was incredibly charming! The unique design as a former captain’s house, along with the amazing caldera views, made it an incredible place to stay. We really enjoyed watching the sunset from the private plunge pool and deck. I could have happily stayed here much longer and we were so sad when it was time to check out.

Location was excellent, layout of house was good, plenty of water in the fridge to get us started, store relatively close by to get snacks and drinks, great little restaurants close also. View from the terraces was the best on the island. Owner was available at all times and helpful. Had to have a doctor for one teenager and he was great, even driving me to pharmacy for medications.
No shade on the main terrace---could use an umbrella. The steps to the house are difficult, even for the teenagers with us---a railing would be very helpful. Air conditioner wasn't always working but owner addressed it willingly. Small upstairs bathroom needs some special cleaning attention in the shower.

We were met by the host (who were fantastic throughout our trip) who gave us the keys and took care of the bags on the short walk to the property. Very spacious house. Amazing views. The host were very helpful and contactable any time - much appreciated.

Gorgeous villa with breathtaking views. Perfect sunsets. The villa is huge with loads of space and private decks. Honestly, the pictures do not even come close to how amazing it actually is once you are there. It was perfect for our group of friends. Marianna is a wonderful host and will help with restaurant suggestions and transportation. She is incredibly responsive. If you are going to Santorini you must stay at Astraea House!

Location was amazing! Beautiful views of the sunset. The villa itself is spacious and offers a lot of privacy. Great for a bbq or drinks with the sunset backdrop. The host was very friendly and extremely helpful. She organised a dinner reservation and quad bike bookings for us. Everything was organised perfectly.
Could not fault the property!
