We liked this property because of its location ( it is excellent), and a small private garden, where we enjoyed lunch, and comfortable day naps. Overall, rooms are aged, but you have all necessary things a for your stay.

Lovely private terrace and garden. Short walking distance to Old City and nice beach and swimming spots close by.

This is a beautiful apartment, ideally situated for exploring the old town which is only ten minutes away on foot. It is also three minutes from the wonderful Banje beach. The apartment is secluded and has two large terraces. The whole complex is full of lush vegetation that provides tranquility and privacy. Best of all are the views of the old town, the sea and Lokrum island from one of the terraces. This terrace is also equipped with very comfortable garden furniture and a dining table and chairs. The bathroom is large with a very powerful shower and washing machine, the bed is super comfy and the kitchen adequately equipped. The living area is spacious with a very comfortable settee. The apartment is also on the first road from the beach and old town so there are only a few steps to contend with. It is also very peaceful and quiet for a place so near the busy old town. The hostess Emica is very helpful and quick to return messages. We did a lot of research before booking this apartment and were so glad we did. It's a hidden gem of a place.

There is nothing not to like

The location of the apartment was fantastic. Very close to Banje Beach and the old town so it was always a nice walk into and out of the town to/from the apartment and really only takes a few minutes. There is also a little shop less than 1min walk away which is convenient for getting breakfast as they offer a fresh bakery from 7am. The terrace was a lovely additional feature to have and it was so pleasant to sit out and enjoy the views. The apartment was well furnished and clean and had all the things you require for a few days stay. We would have been happy to have had a few more days stay at the apartment and in Dubrovnik.

We liked everything about the apartment and the location. The host was lovely and friendly and was available if you needed anything or needed some information on anything.

the beautiful private garden with the jasmine archway and orange trees and the terrace that you could look out to Lokrum and to the old town from. very well equipped, very comfortable bed, lovely little kitchen, quiet, the most amazing location right next to Excelsior hotel for breakfast or if your friends are staying there as ours was. the host Emi is so lovey and friendly and helpful. 5 minute walk into the old town, right next to taxi bus stop and little supermarket. everything was perfect!

Excellent location for walking into the old town. Host was very friendly - we got marrried in Dubrovnik 10 years ago and we travelled back for our anniversary and stayed in the same apartment as we had such a wonderful time.

Emi’s apartment is very nice, well situated and very calm. Here, you are like at home! Emi is a super host!
