La excelente vista al mar

The view of the sea from the room was amazing. The staff at the reception was very nice with us and almost always available.

The hotel was not like the photos. No photos of the old areas of the hotel (elevator, kitchen) were shown. In addition to not being as we expected the hotel had a lot of problems, the wifi did not work in the room, the boiler was very old and many times it went off and we did not know how to activate it, to take a shower we had to call the maintenance man for three times to make it work. The lift is very old and it is manual, it doesn't give you much safety. Some parts of the hotel that are not seen in the photos are very old, such as the kitchen where the boiler is located and the cleaning is not at good levels (there was a plastic chair inside the swimming-pool once). I believe the structure is in trouble and it is trying to raise money somehow (free cancellation is not permitted), but the price they are asking is too high for a structure that is located outside the center and which is not completely renovated and not functioning. I suggest to not book this structure, it is not worth the price. Plus booking didn't offer good assistance when we were in trouble and we wanted to change the hotel, they asked to send them many pictures but the final decision was taken by the structure, who didnt' agree with our complaints obviously. I don't think I will use booking again for reservation.
