The property is well equipped and beautifully decorated and furnished. The location is great, right in the commercial centre of Leek, with plenty of shops, pubs and restaurants nearby. A wonderful base from which to explore the Staffordshire moorlands, the Potteries or Alton Towers and it has its' own secure parking to the rear. It is a bit of a miracle.that this fine house has survived the changes to it and the surrounding area resulting from changing development needs, but it is now a hidden gem .

The access to the property is from the rear through a car park and is not particularly attractive but in many ways this enhanced the luxury to be found on the inside! The staircase is exquisite but I think it would be a difficult "barrier" for people with mobility problems.

The apartment was fabulous and very querky. We loved our stay and would definitely book again. It was very convenient for the shops, pubs and cafes. I would highly recommend this apartment, but the stairs would be difficult for elderly people and less able people to negotiate.

The kitchen tap needs some attention as it was slashing water everywhere. A few decent clothes airer would be very useful. The toilet is really noisy, so we could not flush it at night.

This property is located centrally in Leek so only a few steps to amenities. A property full of history and original features, would definitely recommend to anyone.

I cannot fault it, we had a really lovely time.

Pub opposite was noisey. WIFI kept dropping out meaning no WIFI but we were only there for one night so not a big problem

The apartment was immaculate and lovingly restored by the owners. There were so many beautiful original features which made our stay perfect.

A beautiful building ., the architecture is wonderful. It's been well renovated into a stunning apartment. Wonderful location and views to The Roaches from the rear and across Leek to the front. Great to have free parking . We would definitely visit again.

The bathroom was fine but needs updating The addition of a second toilet would have been helpful.

wasn’t a clear check out time and the cleaner who came the next morning was a bit sharp with the guest - granted it was after the check out time, but we weren’t aware of the checkout time

We were treated to a stay at an incredible apartment. A truly beatiful, hidden gem in Leek. Arriving at the property, we were greeted with an orrnate staircase on three levels with original Art Noveau features and a large, arched window. All areas were spacious having high ceilings with an elaborate blend of quality old and modern furnishings. The living room was cosy and welcoming with a large Christmas tree. We were stunned with the fabulous views across and beyond the town. The kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms have been furnished and decorated to a high standard. Everywhere throughout the apartment is spotlessly clean and newly decorated. We really didn't want to leave this home from home! We will be back, Thank you.😀

This apartment is beautiful and has so much character due to the owners' careful and painstaking renovation of the listed building. It is located in the centre of Leek, and perfect for walking activities and exploring the surrounding countryside. The designated secure parking is ideal. The apartment was lovely and warm, the kitchen had everything we needed, and there were plenty of towels and even flannels. We will definitely be back!
