No Tv.. No door on toilet or from bedroom area to shower toilet and sink area.. Just a curtain which was see through!

Upon entering the property, it was apparent it had not had a deep clean in months. There was dust all down the side of the bed and on the bedside table, there was a dead fly by the glasses and other crockery and the towels provided were dirty. The property was extremely cold. There was a singular heater in the bedroom however, I woke up freezing multiple times as this heater was insufficient. The shower had one of the worst water pressures I have ever seen. The oven similarly lived up to the inadequate standards as it was filthy. We found a hair in the bed, me and my girlfriend both have very short hair, this hair belonged to somebody with long thick black hair. This indicates the bed we were sleeping in was not deeply cleaned. Outside the property in the garden was a dirty handprint on the window sill and a soggy empty packet of cigarettes which again shows it has not been cleaned. We left the property 10 minutes late and were encouraged to hurry up because of the cleaners, however I struggle to believe that they would be in much of a rush seeing as they don't do their jobs anyway. We are two students who needed a weekend away for valentines and although the price suggests we won't be getting The Ritz, I still expect it to be clean and warm.

Great location. Very homely, clean studio. Well equipped kitchen. Comfortable bed.

Loud late night noise from occupant above bedroom. General poor quality of room flooring and furniture. Generally not very clean. Poor ventilation in bathroom. No plug for sink meant washing was difficult! Front access very dark at night, needed torch to operate key box.

The location of the flat was great, only 15/20 minute walk from town plus taxis available in the area. We did struggle at one point to unlock the door either it was frozen or locked from inside however I would definitely recommend this place to others and will most likely look to booking there again if I need to! A lovely space to stay in for the night and longer if you're looking for that!

Due to the very cold weather during our stay we found the heating was not adequate enough and we were very cold most of the time we even brought a duvet to put on the bed for extra warmth. The inner door leading from the front door did not close properly so the cold was coming down the hallway straight to flat. Also a drain smell was apparent every morning in the bathroom which was quite apparent and did not disappear until late morning. the oven could also do with a deep clean.

The location and price were superb. The host was quick to reply to messages and was very friendly. We will return as for a full flat with a kitchen we were very happy.
