Good location

No internet in our room, my phone wouldn’t even connect to the reception internet. It wasn’t very clean with a lot of ants, no hot water at all in the shower, the windows didn’t close properly which was a security concern. The staff were only at reception at certain times of day. The staff gave outdated information about the bus to the airport, telling us it was the opposite side of town, so we missed the bus and had to get a taxi.

The place felt dirty. It also claims to have A/C and it is a floor fan unit. the fan did not keep the room cool at all and the filter on it was full of dust.

Great location, very clean, very friendly and helpful staff. The room was very clean, and spacious and a great lobby/lounge to read or just chill.

The location is really good, near to the malecón.

The reservaron included a fan, but when we get there, the installed fan worked too slow, so it was too hot. It was like it there was not a fan working. Also, windows didn't open or close, one was stuked and mosquitos came at night, that was a nightmare.

The location was very good

There were stains on the sheets and pillows, the room was disgusting, there was no WiFi in the rooms, there were no blinds and no staff at reception to discuss the matter. This was the worst place I stayed in South America.
