Great place, friendly staff,was received at the reception with a very helpful lady.

Breakfast was excellent
The smell in the bathroom, I even complained at the reception & nothing changed. Rooms were not throughly cleaned and air freshener will also hence the smell in rooms.

The hotel is in a good location convenient for shopping.
The bathroom basin was brown with dirt, bed had was dusty n had black particles and spider webs. Signs that house keeping was not done in a while.

Close proximity to Kariakoo market.
No packed breakfast, though we had to leave very early in the morning.

It is ok but they have improve .. I gave them a list with 24 points for improvisation. They assured me that they will consider my observations & implement.

the watter in the toilets is salted water not pure water , the toilets need repair , the furniture very old , items of brecfast very limited

The bathroom wasn’t neat
And the bed wasn’t comfortable

The Breakfast was ok ok,
The Location was the only advantage and it was pretty near to my business purposes.
The rooms lacked towels, Toilet Slippers, toiletries, Drinking water, even the blanket and the bed were like not to the standards of sleep inn.
The Staff too were like sleep walking

1. The bedding was not clean
2. Breakfast wasn’t good at all - felt like l was eating left overs from the previous night

Location is safe and the hotel is clean. i was on business trip and they serve breakfast late. Should be ready by 7am
I Am back to the same place for one week

My check in was very personable. I felt welcomed.
The restaurant needs improvement. Limited menu and got what I didn't order. Disappointed in dinner experience.

The staff and the room was generally comfortable and nice. Plus they were clean.
The breakfast could be better. But I recognise the effort made to please customers. It goes a long way

Awesome breakfast. Great Location. Very clean. Staff are very helpful. Value for money. Good management. Rooms are very comfortable. Great surroundings.
