wifi doesn’t work

Convenient location. Breakfast was pretty good and the fresh orange juice that was provided every morning was a big plus. The area is quiet and you can rest well at night, far away from the loud music.

We didn't receive the same room as we requested. The better looking rooms, by the pool, were most likely given to the package holiday tourists (e.g. Jet2 Holidays) that come to this hotel in large numbers. The room that we received was old, the walls looked dirty, the bedding was always stained even though it was changed daily. The worst bit was the awful sewage smell that was coming from the bathroom. Absolutely disgusting. Also, there is no wifi in the room and the quality of the connection in the shared areas is abysmal... basically you cannot use the internet at all during your stay. I wouldn't come back for sure.

Clean rooms, nice pool and the food was reasonable

Breakfast advertised as included but charged extra for eggs or pancakes. Music by the pool was VULGAR especially with young children around, despite complaints it continued daily. We were overcharged on our final bill for multiples of dinners we didn't have and as we were in a rush for our check-out we just paid without checking. Pool rules state no reservation of sun loungers with towels but it wasn't monitored so loungers had towels on from 3am, ridiculous when people wouldn't show up until 3pm. Poorly managed hotel with superb bar and cleaning staff. Receptionist spent the time admiring herself in the mirror but no proper engagement with guests. We wouldn't go back.

Cleaning in bedrooms was first class and the food for lunch etc was lovely.

Terrible wifi, bar staff seem uninterested, lazy and bored. Area around the pool was dirty on a few occasions, sunbeds not cleaned nightly and the pool turned green a few times. Second time back here but unfortunately will probably look elsewhere next time unless they sort wifi and cleanliness issues out.
