A beautifully restored house with plenty of character very close to the centre of charming Zafra. Much attention to detail and comfort. Very helpful host and a delightful breakfast.

. La habitación, muy bien decorada pero poco o nada práctica, especialmente el baño. Me pregunto si los decoradores usan realmente las habitaciones que proyectan. El agua o fría o quemaba.
La habitación estaba helada cuando llegamos y no, no, calentó en cinco minutos como nos dijo la recepciónista. Que por cierto, se fue en cuanto llegamos.

Hotel muy acogedor, con una reforma y decoración realizada con mucho encanto. Ubicación privilegiada, a dos pasos del centro de un pueblo que merece mucha la pena conocer.

good taste in decoration; silent environment, good for relaxing
the pool is too small, only 3 people at the same time.
the breakfast was disappointing: 7,50€ per person for only half a glass of orange juice per person and only one bread. if you want more, you have to pay for it.
also, our breakfast was interrupted by a grumpy member of the staff saying we had to pay the breakfast in that moment because she had to leave. so we had to interrupt eating to go to the reception pay.

Everything was lovely to the host and staff and the ambiance. Beautifully restored in the centre of zafra literally a 5 minute or less walk to a square packed with bars and restaurants. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting a calm relaxed break in beautiful surroundings

We received a very warm welome from Yolanda the owner. Nothing was too much trouble. She told us where to park etc and helped us with our luggage. Fabulous rooms, all newly refurbished. I'd highly recommend

Casa Ernestina is beautifully decorated. Cozy atmosphere and delicious breakfast. The receptionist gave us great recommendations regarding nearby restaurants for dinner. We also loved Zafra, its narrow streets, white facades, and friendly people.

Hostess was very kind to us. Environs were sparkling clean and newly renovated. It was an easy walk to the grand plaza, yet the room was very quiet for sleeping (no street or partying noise). Breakfast was very good.

We were delighted by the welcome we received, with good advice on enjoying Zafra and sampling of a lovely local olive oil at breakfast. The hotel is a recent renovation/ re-construction of a building in the historic centre, and not only are the fittings new, but they are characterized by careful attention to design and materials, both in the public areas and the rooms. There is also much care in small things that reflect on guest experience, like the selection of tea available in the room. A really enjoyable stay.
