Everything was good with our stay and we’d stay again. The condo could use a deep clean but overall we were very happy with the property. The 2 pools were never crowded while we were there with plenty of chairs available. The beach in this area is great! Having younger kids that like to play in the water, we liked the gentle slope to the ocean in this area which knocks down the waves quite a bit near shore. Plenty of good restaurants in the area as well.

Beautiful condo overlooking the ocean. Cozy beach decorated which also helps visitor comfort. Pictures shown are what you get ...fantastic location for morning coffee on the balcony. Had a problem with the dishwasher and it was fixed right away ...great service. Recommend this for any traveler. We stayed 6 weeks & had a blast.

I would never pay that much again for this condo. We found dust and hair on one of the chairs and the fan blades were filled with dust (GROSS!). The AC was NOT working and its summer, no expediting from the management company to get this issue resolved although this all happened after hours, we never got a call back from the management company the following morning, I had to call them when they opened which I just find rude. We ended up buying 2 fans from the Dollar store and forked it out for the night of (check-in), no AC and checked out the next day. I can say the management company had no issues giving us back our full amount of money so that was nice.

We did not stay in the original property we booked which is the one in the picture. There was too much construction in that building so Great Ocean contacted us directly with other properties. That’s the reason I gave a one star to accuracy. VRBO did not respond to my email about this issue.

This was exactly what we needed. Very clean, beautifully decorated and an amazing view. The only bummer was not having laundry in the until and $4 total to wash and dry each load. However, it did not dampen our trip one bit. It was a great time!

It started by not having any access instructions and having to sit in the parking lot at 9pm waiting for the after hours staff to send them to me. The second day, I used a towel from the closet and it had something that looked like red spaghetti sauce on it. I was using it to exercize in the living room. When I laid on the floor, I looked under the couch and there was a lid from a chocolate shake and piles of sand from a blanket that was still dirty from the beach. We did not have a problem with noisy construction or water having to be turned off for half a day during our stay, however, the pool and shuffleboard were closed the entire stay, even though we were told they would reopen prior to our stay.

Absolutely perfect! Clean and comfy! Love the view! We will return!!
