This place was great for our family. Plenty of room, clean, great location and property manager was helpful and friendly. The fridge did make loud noises when it turned on, but other than that, we loved our stay in Mesa!

The air conditioning unit was out upon our arrival. There also was no hot water the first two days. We had to call Bob he came then showed us to trip a breaker for the water to work. Our last day the air conditioning guy came at 7:30 am and we left because of all the noise.

Property is in a quiet neighbourhood, within easy reach of the attractions and facilities of the entire Phoenix metro area. We even used it as a base for day trips down to the Tucson area. Clean and well equipped, with access to the HOA swimming pool a major plus point.

We came for my niece’s wedding and I needed a place for my dad to stay that was comfortable and had easy access. It was clean, well-stocked and so comfortable. It was one of the best VRBO’s we’ve stayed in and we use VRBO all the time! There was water in the fridge for the hot Arizona days, even snacks, and bathroom supplies. I wish we could have used the pool, which was just around the corner. The owner responded immediately to a small concern we had trying to get into the house and it was fixed immediately. Even communicated afterwards, which I appreciated. Five stars for this great little house!!!

The experience was the greatest, myself and my family enjoyed ourselves greatly .

Property is about 15 mins from airport, close to groceries, restaurants, and one of our favorite coffee spots. Bonus points for being less than a mile from a great walking / running / cycling trail! Community has a pool, but was too cold to use during our visit. Only two nits to pick: needs a deep cleaning and to have some of the details (grout, baseboards, etc) cleaned, and the address provided is for the townhome community which is only the start of finding this home. Otherwise a great place to stay for our active family.

We were in town for a week for a wedding. This home is exactly what we needed. Any questions we had were immediately answered. The location is close to everything!! Definitely will stay again.

We were very comfortable and enjoyed our stay here. We had everything we needed and loved the spacious living room, the beds were comfortable and just a short walk to the pool. We would stay here again.

Communication with owner was excellent. The house was very clean and had everything that we needed. Instructions were very clear and easy to follow. I highly recommend this property and will stay there again.

We had a wonderful time. Our only issues were: 1. The floors appeared clean but when you walked around without socks your feet turned black. 2. The remote had no batteries

Home was clean and well maintained. There were adequate supplies and appliances in the kitchen for anyone's use. We stayed a week and really enjoyed everything about this home. We would definitely go back again.

This rental worked great for our trip. The house is comfortable and had everything we needed. The pool was very nice and my grandson swam every day. Minor issues were resolved immediately.

We did enjoy our stay. It just didn’t seem as clean as it should have been found hair in tub and sink and it didn’t look like it had been vacuumed good. The barbecue grill didn’t work right so we decided not to use it.

This was an excellent location for me as it was very close to my family gathering. The beds and house were clean and comfortable and Chanaka was amazingly quick and helpful in communicating. I'm so grateful for her help in helping us get away for a few days and spend time with family as stress-free as possible. Thank you!

We needed hight speed internet for a working vacation. They made sure the house was setup with high speed internet and were very accommodating.
