The listing is exactly as explained. It is beautiful and well maintained. Its not far from grocery stores and within 30/40 minutes of everything. The deer farm up the road was such a great activity for littles. The benefits of using this rental (such as help with tickets to different activities) was easy to use. I highly recommend this listing

We have not gone on a family vacation in 14 yrs. Picked Eagles Lodge from pictures. It suited our family well. It was clean and plenty of space for us to spread out with the kids ranging from 21 to 9 yrs old. Would recommend renting the cabin. Also had a raccoon visitor on the last night. Wanted to come in but we told him he had to stay on the porch.

Absolutely beautiful cabin. Ive stayed at many nice cabins in the area but none as ideal as this one. Everything about the place was great! Will certainly stay again

We had a wonderful time. The cabin was beautiful! Loved having all of the large beds and everyone enjoyed the large game room, hot tub, and theatre room. We would definately book this property again.

Our kids enjoyed the pool table, air hockey and video games. They loved staying together with the cousins in the big bunk room. Each of the 4 king bed rooms had en suite bath which made getting ready so easy. We will stay again.

Great cabin and dog friendly

You will not be disappointed with this place! Great location, perfect if you have an extended family trip. All of the kids loved having a big screen for family movie and time, having all the games to play in the basement, and of course no one can complain about being able to soak in the hot tub after a day full of activities. If we come back out this way, we will be looking to stay here again.

There is plenty of room for four families here...bunk room for all of the kids and rooms for each set of parents. Great hangout space upstairs for the older group and the same for the younger in the basement.

The hot tub was broken so that definitely should have been addressed at booking.

This cabin was everything we needed and we had a fabulous time.

Let me start by saying this was the fourth cabin we've booked in the area, the first we've booked through VRBO. This place was by far the best. It's in a great area, wooded but the roads were paved and easy to navigate. The cabin itself was spacious and CLEAN. We had a 11 month old that crawls everywhere so first thing we did was sweep/mop the floors and it was basically a waste of our time, they were already immaculate. The kitchen had everything you need for your stay. Two regular coffee pots (think Mr. Coffee) and a Keurig style maker. The pots/pans were in great condition, also a griddle and waffle maker that made breakfast easy. We didn't use the grill, smoker or flat-top on the porch but they looked to be in great condition (the smoker is brand new). There are also more than enough dishes to go around. The bedrooms were spacious and each room had it's own bathroom, everything in perfect working order. The TV's used internet connection and had access just like basic cable along with Netflix, YouTube and other apps. The best room was the bottom floor which consisted of one main "Gameroom" and one bedroom with 3 bunkbeds (full size beds, not twins). We had 5 teens/pre-teens with us and they claimed that space and we left them alone... perfect. Lastly I'll say the communication from the property manager Melinda was absolutely top notch. Every question I asked over VRBO messaging was answered right away. We had a little hiccup with the internet connection when we arrived, I called the number for the manager, Melinda talked us through the issue and never had any further issues with anything. I would not even hesitate to book through them for our next trip. It was definitely and 5-STAR stay.

If you want to stay in an awesome cabin without dealing with as much GBurg traffic this is the place. It has the biggest sectional I’ve ever seen!

Located close enough to everything in Pigeon Forge, but just enough off the beaten path that you could go out to restaurants, movies, etc without having to get into all of the area traffic. Great space, plenty of room to spread out. Cabin was as advertised, and had great amenities. Cabin was basically in a neighborhood of other rental cabins. Several noisy neighbors our last night there, but no fault of the owner of this property. Just something to consider when rentals are in such close proximity to one another. All that said, we'd rent this space again and would definitely recommend to others traveling with a large party.

Perfect location. Cabin is great for large families. Plenty to do at cabin. Kids loved the bunkhouse room. The king suites are wonderful. Will stay again. Highly recommend

We were so grateful that Melinda allowed us to check in a little early since we got into town early and the kids were exhausted from the heat during the day. Our family had a wonderful time staying at this property. Plenty of room for 7 adults, 7 children, and 2 toddlers. The children had their own space downstairs with the pool table, air hockey, arcade, and PS4. We all got to enjoy the hot tub. I have to say, it was one of the cleanest hot tubs we've had at a rental. Melinda was quick to respond to any questions I had. Great property, I definitely recommend staying here!

Worked great for our large group of 19. Kids loved the pool table & basement. Disappointed the hot tub didn't work and all for the whole trip, but they had someone out to work on it everyday & did give a small credit for the inconvenience.

We really enjoyed the property! So much room to stretch out and relax. We had one family that needed some extra time and the owners allowed late check out. Everyone enjoyed it-especially the space upstairs. We watched the Super Bowl and had a great time!

This was our second time staying and we truly enjoyed it! This is definitely one that we will re-visit again. It’s perfect for our group!

We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay with our party of 22 for New Year's weekend! We had 14 children aged 4 - 15 and 8 adults. There was plenty of space to spread out, so the noise level of having 22 people in the same house was never a problem. They had all the basic necessities for cooking. The only thing I would suggest would be to bring your own towels for the hot tub. With that many people, the bathroom towels were not enough. Great property and we would totally stay again!

Great experience for the cheerleaders to have that cabin vibe. The property was fine. Only if the weather would have cooperated.
