The property was beautifully situated on the water and convenient to the pool. My children loved the game room, and different pools the community offered. We would definitely return

Very nice condo, great view over the water, and comfortable, so definitely recommend. Do be aware that while it does sleep 6, it isn't well suited for three couples as one of the rooms has a twin with underneath trundle. Would be great for two families with one kid each. Also, just a little awkward on the shower situation since the people staying in that third room have to enter the bedroom of one of the other two couples to take a shower. Not a deal breaker in any way and I've rated it highly regardless. I'd recommend it to friends.

Accommodations were superior. Been going to the Keys for years in Sept/Oct and the Mariner Club is the place to stay. Fernando, the owner of the unit is at the top of his game. Got a question he answers it. And on top of it the unit is spectacular.

The pictures don't do this property justice - it is more amazing in person. It is also huge! You can't tell how big it is in the photos, but we had more than enough space for 6 people. The amenities and location were fabulous. We will definitely be back!

We enjoyed our stay. Boys were sad no where to fish. No bars to have a drink and meet people. No real beach access it was all rocks . Beautiful pool. Felt safe here.

This property was wonderful! The view alone is beautiful and worth the splurge. The unit itself is quite large and our family trip of 5 (4 adults and one child) fit very comfortably. The owner has lots of things at the unit which make it easy to enjoy the activities like fishing poles, beach towels, pool toys, etc. The property is beautiful and the lagoon pool is lovely. The owner was also very responsive. A great time was had by all and I highly recommend this property. Note that this resort area does not have direct beach access but it's close to lots of fun water activities, including amazing waterfront restaurants, etc.

This is a lovely unit with an amazing view of the water. The sunrises are spectacular. This is a wonderful base for your stay in The Keys.

Property was great, 2nd bathroom could use a little TLC, shower faucets were difficult to figure out, and overall supplies in this unit were bare minimum. That being said, it was a lovely trip, good times had by all! Fernando was extremely accommodating and helpful, more basic kitchen supplies and pool toys, with larger nicer pool towels would make this place a must return spot! Also want to give a shout-out to @islandergirl and Dylan & Atlantis that made our trip to the sandbar so much fun!

Beautiful three bedroom condo, large spaces for family to spread out or work remotely (if you must). Great view of sunrise and moonrise. Very close to many great restaurants and tikki bars although the one mentioned in the ad that is at the marina was destroyed in last hurricane I was told so you cannot walk to one as described. The condo has everything you need to entertain friends and family. We needed a couple of minor repairs and they were handled quickly. I would highly recommend this rental.

Our group of 5 ranged in age from 22 to 66 and we all enjoyed the condo, the complex and the area! This 3 bedroom condo was spacious, neat, comfortable and had beautiful views of the mangroves and the water from the balcony. The unit was well stocked with beach towels, games, coffee pods, water bottles, toiletries and laundry products so there was no need to overpack or rush out immediately to pick up supplies. The highlights of the property were the large lagoon pool, hot tubs (which we used every day), game room, and the tennis-pickle ball courts. Our daughter ran into some friends who had a boat in the marina and they took the 5 of us out snorkeling and boating one day ... best snorkeling in the US is right off shore! John Pennekamp state park is a short distance away so we spent a few hours one afternoon kayaking through the mangroves ... delightful! We will definitely be back!

This property was very nice and had a great view of the ocean and pool. We enjoyed our morning coffee on the porch each day. There was only two of us and we had plenty of room. The kitchen was well supplied with all the utensils and cooking supplies.

The condo was beautiful. Very spacious, clean and perfect for our family. The grounds were lovely. The large pool was everything you want on vacation. Relaxing and picturesque. Location was good. Short drive to anything we wanted to do. While I appreciate the safety a gated community provides. The system could benefit from a update of equipment and procedure. In our short 4 day stay, 4 times there was not a guard to open the gate. We had to wait those instances for 5-10 mins.

Easy check in close to everything and beautiful place

My husband and I picked this condo for our anniversary and WOW, it had everything: The view, pool fitness center, and of course the grotto jacuzzi! We had a few questions for Fernando about some particulars of the condo, and he responded immediately. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your family get-away condo.

Perfect place for family keys vacation͎

We have been to the keys many times and driven right by this place. Booked last minute to take kids snorkeling. Place was perfect. Sal’s ballyhoo restaurant was within walking distance and one of the best meals we’ve had in the keys over the years. Snappers is a close boat ride away for a good meal as well but not to the caliber of Ballyhoos. . The grounds and amenities are better then most resorts . Highly recommend this place if you enjoy the keys and don’t want a sandals type place. Note: can’t bring your boat trailer on property. Pennenkamp is a great boat ramp but need to have trailer storage all lined up somewhere else. Easy but an extra step you’ll want to do before you head down.

This is it if you’re looking for a super sunrise, ocean breezes and all the amenities you could ever want. Everything on the property is very well maintained and cared for. The condo is just perfect!

This was a beautiful place and everything was very organized. The view from the condo was amazing.

We very much enjoyed our stay in this unit. Description is accurate. It is spacious and well-appointed with a lovely view. The pool is very nice and was not too crowded. The only thing that could have made it nicer was if there was a restaurant on property. Of course this is no fault of the owners. I would definitely recommend this unit if looking at staying at The Mariners Club.
