Good communications, met at the parking garage in a street parallel to the flat and taken to the flat from there. Lovely well equipped flat with a spacious lounge/diner and two bedrooms. Kitchen had a good selection of the basics to use but we did replace the beer we drank. Nice balcony which we only managed to use for an hour as the weather was poor. The flat is on the sixth floor above a really busy pedestrian street full of bars and restaurants. We had no noise issues at all. The only downside is the heating in the flat is provided centrally and goes off on the 1st May. We were there in late May and it was chilly. if you leave before 11:00 you can bring the car round to the flat to load up.

The hosts picked us up at the train station, the condo in the heart of the city, walking distance to all. Neighborhood beautiful and tranquil. The best experience we have had. PERFECT in everyway

Perfect apartment in the center of Oviedo, very clean and confortable! Kitchen well equipped, with washer and dishwasher. Situaded in a pedestrian street full of restaurants and bars., Very quiet inside! The owner is very professional, she even waited for me at the bus station and took me to the apartment! Oviedo is a very special city! Highly recommended!

Excellent hosting, apartment is fully equipped with all you need to have an excellent holiday. WiFi included . Shops, bars and supermarket are at your door steps. Garage provided with accommodation.

We enjoyed our stay very much and the host family was very helpful. Parking is an issue in the city and they provide a spot in an underground garage one street over. It was a bit hard to get to initially with the apartment being on one street and the parking on the other and both streets being one way. The terrace is definitely a plus. Even though they allow smoking and I was worried about the potential smell, there was no evidence of smoking in the apartment. It was very clean with everything we needed including some food items that our host had for us at the apartment. Nice stay.

My husband and I spent 4 nights in this lovely apartment. The location is superb for exploring Oviedo...sites are with in walking distance, restaurants and shops nearby. It is also great for access to the train and bus station to visit other areas. We hired a car so the secure parking in the nearby garage that comes with the apartment was a bonus. The apartment itself is very spacious and clean and has everything you need for a great stay. Perhaps the most memorable thing about this apartment and our stay was the delightful hosts. Carmel’s husband and son (who speaks very good English) met us at the train station to escort us to the apartment; they provided detailed information about the apartment and the area (including what/where to eat to sample local foods) and had stocked the apartment with ample provisions for breakfast on the terrace the next morning ...and beer to enjoy as we unpacked and settled in for our stay!

A friend and I just spent 3 nights in this lovely apartment. The owners Carmen and Gil,and their son, were helpful from the start. They met us at the bus station ( only 5 minutes to the apartment), and explained all the runnings to us. The apartment was clean and cosy. Everything worked well, and there were absolutely no issues. The location is brilliant ; Close to the Old Town, restaurants, bars, supermarkets and shops. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again in the future.
