Everything was easy. Communication, check-in, and parking. The home itself was well equipped, clean, everything worked and it is what you would expect a beach town home to be. The property itself is very nice. I would have no reservations recommending this property.

Great location the views and grounds were Beautiful, made some friends at the pool. The animals were a sight to see. The condo was just perfect. I would stay there again. We had a wonderful time.. Everything that you could want was there. Thanks for the memories.

Location was perfect for what we were looking for. House was comfortable. Was not left with enough paper products in kitchen or bathrooms, but due to location to town, was an easy fix.

Would recommend property steps are a little steep if steps are a problem for you and two of tge bathrooms are tiny but it was a nice place in a nice area

The Yacht Club location and amenities were great. There are multiple pools, an awesome lagoon and beach access with a peninsula for sunset watching. The Owners were very friendly and responsive and easy to work with. The unit itself was a bit more rundown than the description might let on. The two lower bathrooms, while updated, are incredibly small and tough to shower in. Also, the water temperature was a bear to get right. Either very hot or very cold. The unit was definitely surface cleaned, but there were areas clearly not well vacuumed or cleaned. Specifically, the lower bedroom/sleeping area. Overall, it was a great stay and we have no major complaints, though we'd likely look at other units if we came back.

The unit was small but comfortable, everything you needed was provided by the owner. Check in an out was easy and the rental company was easy to work with. Good location to local bars and restaurants. Duval St. is a two block walk from the unit. The Truman Annex is located in the quiet part of Old Town.

Excellent location, owner easy to contact and great communication. Always felt safe and secure here. Beautiful location. Only negative was the beds need upgrades as they were not very comfortable but would definitely stay in this location again.

With a little elbow grease, this place could be rated a 4. Microwave, stove and toaster oven were dirty. Shower curtains had mold in 1st floor bathroom. Linens, pillows and beds need to be upgraded.

The property was nice, a little skimpy on the paper products. The accommodations were nice and location was good. The pools were nice. The lagoon was pretty cool.

The bathrooms were small, the bedrooms are very small, no place to put clothes in the 1st floor bedroom. The shower on the 1st floor very tiny, the beds are hard and uncomfortable. Lots of stairs that are not even. It is much smaller then It looks in the pictures,

The condo was excellent and exactly as advertised. We really enjoyed the amenities in the condo and at the property. Would highly recommend

The condo complex is a good place for families and kids. It is quiet and there was no sign of any rowdy behavior. It was a little off the beaten path and in a secluded location. The unit itself was spacious and had to Kenny of available amenities. The only two downsides were that the property has a bit of wear and tear and bugs. The first issue is mostly due to age. The second is just common to life in South Florida. All the bugs found were already dead, which means whatever measures were taken are working. We just had to sweep up every morning afterwards. Other than that, it was a very pleasant stay.

We really appreciate how welcoming this property is! There is something to keep everyone occupied. The grounds are meticulously kept and the location made it perfect to explore. If I had to pick anything to improve, it would to have better quality patio furniture, but we did not spend much time out there, but if we came during the winter, it would enhance the already amazing experience. Thank you for an excellent place to stay while on vacay!!

This property is in a great complex. There is plenty for everyone ranging from snorkeling in the saltwater lagoon to ocean fishing on the jetty, tennis, pools, and the list goes on. The complex is amazing! The unit is nicely furnished. The kitchen is stocked with everything you could want and has plenty of seating. The living room couch and chair are so clean that I think they must be new. The downstairs futon and hid-a-bed are comfy. The upstairs beds are starting to show some age, comfort-wise, but were okay for the week. The furnishings overall are very up to date and everything is really clean. I would absolutely recommend this condo to my friends and will likely stay here again in the future. Rentals this nice are hard to come by and the owner, Cesar, is very nice and timely in his responses. Don't hesitate to book this rental!

This property has everything we could have asked for and more. This place had 3 floors giving everyone more than enough space to spread out(we had 8. 4 adults 4 kids). Second and 3rd floors had a balcony for their own privacy in the bedrooms. They had games and a very well stocked kitchen. It was very clean when we arrived. We were close to the lagoon(you could see it from the 2 floor balcony/screened deck) and an easy walk to the marina. Wish we had a golf cart but walking was fine too. I have no complaints. The marina had a bad smell due to the seaweed all washed up but that was everywhere. A manatee did come in to say hi at the marina and that was a huge plus to me. Fishing we were able to catch snappers and even bonnet sharks at night. The owners were great and answered way faster than I expected and resolved any issues quickly. I was sad to leave early due to the weather but I can't wait to come back! Thanks for letting us stay!

Plenty of space and all you need inside. Good location in walking distance from restaurants. Nice pools and secure surroundings.

We loved this place and the location. The condo was very clean and the area was safe and clean and had a great place to snorkel in the lagoon as well as a great beach! The only drawback of the condo were three levels so if you had very little children or older people the stairs could be a challenge otherwise we loved it.

Was a great place to stay for both adults and kids. Not noisy. Everyone was very kind and helpful. Great amenities. Very clean. Enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend.

Wonderful. Would absolutely stay again. Family friendly location with 3 pools to swim in, swim or snorkel in the lagoon on the property or in the ocean. Sunrise sitting in Adirondack chairs just breathtaking. Close to diving charters, restaurants, grocery store. Three story condo with main floor on second story, so that is a consideration if you struggle with stairs. If stairs are no issue, don't hesitate to stay here.

We had a great stay at Cesar's place. He was very communicative. The house was exactly as described and well stocked (there were even pool noodles to bring to the pool). We loved walking on the long jetty by the marina in the neighborhood, looking out at the ocean. There are also chairs there to sit and take in the sunrise.

We spent 3 weeks here and enjoyed every minute of it. The property was clean and well cared for. The kitchen had everything in it that anyone would need and then some. I don't think there was a thing that we lacked for preparing and cooking food. The beds were comfortable, maybe not as hard as I was used to, but I always got a good night's sleep. The living area was comfortable with enough seating for all. The home came with all kinds of pool stuff, float for a toddler, pool noodles and beach chairs. . The property itself had all that we needed a beach (manmade) two pools, and a lagoon to swim in. Only a couple of issues there were not enough wash clothes and no dish towels, we bought them and left them there so the next people should be setThe thing we were most impressed with was the service that Cesar provided. We had a couple of minor issues and he was so prompt to get them fixed. He was so attentive and we sure appreciated that.

Loved the property and location. Sitting on the deck for breakfast every morning was great. Was great for 6 adults.

Really enjoyed the townhouse and the pool. Everything was easy walking distance. Just need a couple of blankets. Would definitely stay. Again.

Kawama Bay is a nice quiet gated neighborhood. It has a jetty overlooking the ocean, a marina and a lagoon behind the house. House has 3 bedrooms, two are upstairs, with a full bathroom on each level of the house. Kitchen has a dishwasher and all the cutlery, pots, pans, etc you will need. Washer and dryer works great. The house is pretty well updated, downstairs bedroom has a large opening to the living room you can cover with a curtain.

It was clean and tidy. Overall a nice place to relax. Our only complaint was the squeaky beds. We would stay again.

Condo has everything you need for vacation. Close to alot of restaurants. Lagoon is added plus for swimming and snorkeling. The point was a nice place to watch the sunsets at night.

My brother, wife, husband, and I got together to meet up with my cousins who live on their sailboat!! This townhouse was large enough to accommodate all of us for dinners and gatherings !! Great Place... GREAT MEMORIES...

Overall this rental was perfect for our family. We had myself, my husband, our 12 year old son, our 16 year old daughter and her two friends. The three bedrooms and three bathrooms worked perfectly for us. The kids loved the pools and my son LOVED snorkeling in the Lagoon. The property and the condo were both great. As others have stated the beds were noisy but we got used to that through the week. I loved having my coffee on the deck every morning. Cesar was easy to work with, checking in and out were super easy. The rental had everything we needed for dishes as well as extra towels and things. We would definitely stay here again and will recommend to others.
