Second summer staying here. They have everything you need, and really makes it feel like a vacation. Storage locker has all the beach toys you need. Kitchen is stocked. Plenty of TP and paper towels. Comfortable beds, and recliner seats were always in high demand in the family. Washer/dryer looked small, but can handle so much laundry well. And location is great. Close to so much good food. Warning, parking can get tight with larger cars, but just a little care and no problems.

The condo was absolutely perfect for our family. It had everything we needed for our stay and the owners were very easy to work with and prompt with the shower/bath that had a leak below. Would definitely stay here again. The ONLY negative thing about the condo was actually the gates on the property to get to the pool/beach. They were very hard to get open, but by the time we left we had it figured out! LOVED our stay here! Thanks for sharing your home with us!

This condo was exactly what I was looking for. We spent so much time on the beach and in the pool. It was wonderful! We were very grateful of the "no smoking" atmosphere too. I feel the whole property was neat and clean because of this. Everyone staying here the same time as us shared the responsibility of keeping it clean and neat.

The view from the deck is awesome. The sunsets don't get any better than Indian Rocks Beach. The unit was spotless, and the decor was outstanding. We cooked every night in the beautiful kitchen and everything we needed was there. Communication was excellent with owner, very fast response. You will not be disappointed!

We loved our stay in this condo! It was clean and comfortable, and the view was spectacular! The condo had everything we needed, including a fully stocked kitchen, plenty of towels, and chairs and umbrellas for the beach. It was the perfect location - walking distance from several restaurants. We loved the beach and the pool. It was also nice that we had our own parking space. The owners always responded quickly to questions we had. Highly recommend! We will be back!

We’ve stayed at this property before and it’s perfect. Has everything you need. From cooking meals at in the unit to beach and pools days! Beautiful view of the gulf and just steps to the beach and delicious local food. Can’t wait to come back again.

Clean and well-appointed oceanfront condo. Older condo building, but still very, very nice and clean. Owners were great to work with.

This has been the best vacation for our family. The condo was emaculate, the process was easy and the listing was even more beautiful in person. The amenities were top notch and included everything we possible would need and some things we didn’t even think about. We can’t wait to book here again for our next trip.

The location was fabulous. The condo was as described. Not sure if they were crossing emails but had to request the pool code once we arrived. It wasn’t in the original email. Everything we needed was in the condo. Would have preferred the change of locks would have happened in between guests rather than interrupting one of our mornings. Overall was a good stay.

Very pleased with our accommodations and highly recommend. This is a quiet oasis. The condo, provisions, beach chairs, etc were all above expectations. Unit was very clean. The view is absolutely stunning. The ease to access parking, beach, and pool were all superior. Both Clearwater and St Pete are a very short drive. I have stayed in many beach condos over the years. For the very first time, I can say that I would indeed come back for a second visit.

We were lucky enough to find this condo available! This condo had lots of extras, this includes plenty of towels and extra pillows, a fully stocked kitchen, soap, nice beach chairs and umbrellas……I could keep going! The storage closet for beach items is so convenient. One of our favorite things (there were many) was the outdoor furniture on the balcony. We could sit for hours enjoying the view. It is obvious how much time and effort the owners put into their condo and how much they enjoy it and want others to enjoy it too. The owners were super responsive. We love IRB and would love to stay in one of their units again!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Oceanway! Not only was the unit clean and conveniently located right on the beach, but it was close to restaurants and shopping. It was equipped with everything that you could possibly need or want. We have already booked it again for next year!!!

There was a great view from the kitchen/living room/balcony where we saw dolphins several mornings.

We have rented this unit before and, as usual, it didn’t disappoint! The owners are easy to communicate with and provide so much information and supplies that it makes the trip easy and enjoyable.

We love IRB...we are Florida residents and we love Oceanway. 1st time we stayed on property but family has stayed before. This condo is soooo well stocked it is amazing! How considerate of owners! Our family had the whole 2nd floor and it was a wonderful week! Will definitely be back!

The condo was perfect in every way. The location was awesome, the kitchen was well equipped, the bedrooms were comfortable, the living room was nicely furnished, and the balcony was the best! It has comfortable seating, great table/chairs for enjoying meals and a beautiful view!

We have stayed at this property several times and have always had a wonderful experience! The property is exactly as advertised and is great for an extended stay with children. The property owners are very prompt with their communication and make the check-in/check-out process seamless. My kids were thrilled to find a huge collection of beach toys and boogie boards in the closet. We spent most days on the beach, in the pool, or at one of the two playgrounds (with outdoor basketball courts!) that are within walking distance. We can’t wait to go back!

We really enjoyed our stay at the condo. It was nicely furnished--all of the furniture was in great condition, the appliances all worked well, and the kitchen was nicely stocked. One of the showerheads (the master bath) was a little difficult to adjust at first, but all it required was a little elbow grease and it worked fine. Communication with the owners was great, and the beach and several restaurants and small stores are a short walk from the front door. The sign in directions for the TVs really need to be updated, but we managed to watch what we wanted to in the rooms we preferred anyway, so that was fine too. Our only complaint is that the glass sliding doors keep out zero noise--and the pool is right below the patio so anytime anyone was in the pool making any noise at all (and for our trip, it was screaming kids from morning until 10:30ish at night, clearly they interpreted the "closes at dusk" sign as a mere suggestion) you hear every syllable. Honestly, while there are people in the pool there is zero expectation of privacy on the patio at all since there is only a few feet separating you from them. Fingers crossed you don't hate the music they decide to blast that week! Other than the noise--technically not the owners' fault, but we feel people should be prepared beforehand in case it'll be a major problem for them--we had a lovely stay.

We had a wonderful 2 weeks staying at this property. Its location to the beach and restaurants is a big plus. I would definitely stay here again. We had no problems with check in or staying here. It is just as it is described on vrbo.

This was the third year we stayed here. the unit is exactly as described and shown. It is well equipped and clean. The heated pool is great for an early morning swim. Restaurants are a short walk, a great French Bakery is 3 blocks away, food stores a short drive. All in all a relaxing vacation experience

Good location, very quiet location.

We came here for a change of scenery for Thanksgiving week. This condo exceeded our high expectations. This perfectly located unit is clean, well equipped and feels like home away from home. Everything is well maintained and comfortable. It has all the amenities any family would need for their stay. The beach equipment inventory is vast, with many options for play or relaxation. We could not find one reason to complain or have issue. The owners are responsive and helpful. We cannot wait to come back! A Big Two Thumbs Up !!!!!

We have stayed at this condo several times over the past 3 years. There is a beautiful view of the sunset every evening. The beach is steps away from your door. Dining is close by, within walking distance. I would highly recommend staying at this condo. We can’t wait to come back !!!
